7.1 Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement, Supplier shall invoice Client upon delivery of the Goods and/or supply of Services, and Client will pay the invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt of Supplier’s invoice. Any amounts owed hereunder by
Client shall be paid by wire transfer, to the bank account designated by Supplier in the invoice.
7.2 Supplier shall at all times be entitled to require from Client all the payment guarantees it may deem necessary.
7.3 Interest shall accrue on the unpaid portion of the invoice at a rate per annum equal for each day during the delay period to the sum of (a) 500 basis points (5.00%) plus (b) LIBOR for a one-month period for value equivalent to the amount owed by Client
on the due day.
Interest shall be compounded on a monthly basis. Supplier shall also be entitled to (i) terminate totally or partially its obligations under the Agreement and any other agreements with Client and/or (ii)
suspend totally or partially deliveries of Goods or performance of Services under the Agreement and any other agreements with Client.
For such purposes, Supplier will give Client written notice of termination and/or suspension, which shall become effective if Client does not remedy its default within five (5) working days from receipt of Supplier's notice.

7.1 Если настоящее Соглашение не предусматривает иное, Поставщик обязуется выставить Клиенту счет на момент поставки Товара и/или оказания Услуг, и Клиент обязуется совершить оплату в течение 30 (Тридцати) дней со дня получения счета Поставщика. Любые суммы, которые Клиент обязан уплатить по настоящему Соглашению, подлежат оплате банковским переводом, на банковский счет Поставщика, указанный в счете.
7.2 Поставщик имеет безусловное право требовать от Клиента любые гарантии оплаты, которые он посчитает необходимыми.
7.3 К неоплаченной части платежа применяется процентная ставка за каждый день просрочки в размере равном сумме (а) 500 базисных пунктов (5.00%) плюс (б) ставка LIBOR за месячный период с суммы задолженности Клиента на срок оплаты. Проценты суммируются ежемесячно. Поставщик имеет право (i) полностью или частично отказаться от выполнения обязательств по настоящему Соглашению или иным соглашениям с Клиентом и/или (ii) полностью или частично приостановить поставки Товара или оказание Услуг по настоящему Соглашению или иным соглашениям с Клиентом. С этой целью, Поставщик посылает Клиенту письменное уведомление о прекращении и/или приостановке выполнения своих обязательств по настоящему Соглашению, которое вступает в силу, если по истечении 5 (Пяти) рабочих дней после получения уведомления Клиент не устранит нарушение.

In-house translator/interpreter for a manufacturer of drilling tools and equipment. Translation of technical specifications, manuals, technical standards, technical presentations, general information on drilling and engineering technologies, drawings; legal documentation (contracts); financial documentation (financial statements, invoices, quotations), business documentation, letters, etc.
Interpretation at technical and business meetings, including at CEO levels.
I believe my in-house position is of great benefit to my overall experience and it adds value to me as a professional translator. Through daily and direct contact with experts in various fields (legal, technical, financial) I gain a considerable amount of priceless knowledge that I further expand through continuous self-education. My legal studies (I am currently enrolled in a law school) also provide an excellent background for quality legal translations.
Currenly my availability is somewhat limited due to my full-time position. However, I plan to shift to freelancing and meanwhile I will do my best to accomodate every client's order.
