I am an Italian freelance translator. Since 1996 I have been working with translation agencies in Italy and Europe. My working languages are German, English and Spanish. My main fields of expertise are technical, legal and commercial translations, i.e. transport (railways) and law (contracts, power of attorney and judicial and extrajudicial deeds).
I comply with EN 15038:2006 requirements and organize my job as follows:

- Source text analysis to head off any possible translation problems.
- Terminology study to comply with client and branch specific terminology.
- Transferring the meaning in the source language into the target language.
- Check for compliance with the proprietary or client style guide, including register and language variants.
- Formatting.

I use CAT tools to ensure compliance and accuracy in terminology.
