Some of the main priorities of HR Management are promoting and contributing to the development and training of all the staff of the company. To achieve this, the HR Training area will plan the scheduling and organization of the Annual Training Service Plan that, under the name of Aula Hesperia, is aimed to respond both to the needs of the business and to individual interests for the development of the team the company constitutes.
