Современная инфраструктура трубопроводного транспорта представляет собой сложную, распределенную систему, состоящую из большого числа технических сооружений и устройств. Контроль состояния данной системы, является сложной задачей, вследствие, необходимости учета множества факторов и параметров. Что обуславливает необходимость разработки автоматических систем оперативного диспетчерского контроля и диагностики. Работа таких систем направлена на сбор данных технологических процессов, с целью оперативного предоставления, удобной для анализа, информации диспетчеру. Наибольший интерес представляют системы, которые автоматизируют анализ поступающей информации и своевременно оповещают диспетчера об отклонениях величин контролируемых параметров от заданных нормативных значений, что может привести или является следствием аварийных ситуаций.
В последнее время, все больше увеличивается актуальность решения задачи своевременного обнаружения аварийных ситуаций, связанных с разгерметизацией трубопровода. Первая причина разгерметизации – образование свищей и трещин в различных узлах трубопровода. Второй причиной разгерметизации являются несанкционированные врезки в трубопровод с целью хищения перекачиваемой нефти или нефтепродукта. Экономический ущерб от подобных происшествий может быть огромен.

The infrastructure of a modern pipeline transfer is a complex, highly developed system, which includes a large number of technical facilities and devices. Due to the numerous factors and parameters that must be taken into consideration, monitoring the status of these systems is a formidable challenge. This justifies the development of an automatic system for operational central control, and diagnostics. The main purpose of such a system is to acquire information on the work flow and its delivery to the dispatcher, in a form suitable for analysis. The systems, which provide automatic analysis of incoming data, and prompt notification to the dispatcher about deviations of the monitored parameters from a planned specification , which may cause or be the consequence of an emergency situation, appear most promising.
Nowadays, early detection of an emergency situation, created by the depressurization of a pipeline, has become a very serious issue. The first cause of depressurization is the formation of “blue holes” and cracks in the joint connections of a pipeline. The second – is unauthorized connections to a pipeline for the purpose of stealing of the oil and the oil products that are being pumped. The economic loss from such incidents could be overwhelming.

Самонастраивающийся регулятор реализован программно на основе вещественного интерполяционного метода (ВИМ). Указанный метод, в свою очередь, базируется на интегральном вещественном преобразовании

Самонастройка осуществляется в следующем порядке:
• на объект регулирования подается пробное микро-воздействие ступенчатой формы (при этом регулятор отключен от объекта регулирования);
• производится запись перехода объекта регулирования в новое состояние (запись переходной характеристики объекта регулирования);
• по переходной характеристике с помощью ВИМ восстанавливается передаточная функция объекта (производится идентификация объекта);
• производится формирование желаемой переходной характеристики объекта;
• вычисляется с помощью ВИМ желаемая передаточная функция объекта;
• вычисляется передаточная функция регулятора.
Следует отметить, что синтезированный регулятор обладает свойством робастности к изменению параметров объекта (конечно в определенных пределах).

The self-adjusting controller is programmed on the basis of the Real Interpolation Method (RIM) This method is in turn based on the technique of integral real transformation.

As long as real transformation F(δ) is does not contain an idle component, all computations, connected with it, are more economical than with Laplace transformation (or Fourier, when a contrarian δ = 0, but only jω be present).
Self-adjustment is carried out as follows:
• a trial stepped micro input signal is sent to the controlled object (the controller and controlled object are disconnected);
• a record is created of the transfer of the controlled object into its new state ( a record of the transient characteristic of the control object);
• the transfer function of object is restored (object identification is performed) in accordance with the transient characteristic, by means of RIM (real interpolation method),
• a required transient characteristic of object is compiled;
• according to RIM , the required transfer function of object is determined;
• transfer function of controller is determined.
It should be noted that when it comes altering the characteristics of the object, the synthesized controller can be relatively robust (within certain limits).
