Ak má spoločnosť jediného akcionára, predstavenstvo spoločnosti je povinné zabezpečiť jeho zápis do obchodného registra. Práva akcionára ako spoločníka akciovej spoločnosti zodpovedajúce upísaným akcíam nadobúda upisovateľ akcií zápisom akciovej spoločnosti do obchodného registra. Základnými právami akcionára je podieľať sa podľa zákona a týchto stanov na riadení spoločnosti, na jej zisku a na likvidačnom zostatku spoločnosti po zrušení spoločnosti s likvidáciou.	Translation - German Rechte und Pflichten eines Aktionärs werden durch Rechtsvorschriften und durch diese Satzung geregelt. Aktionär der Gesellschaft kann eine juristische oder natürliche Person sein. Wenn die Gesellschaft einen Alleinaktionär hat, ist der Vorstand verpflichtet, dessen Eintragung ins Handelsregister sicherzustellen. Entsprechend den gezeichneten Aktien erwirbt der Zeichner mit Eintragung der Aktiengesellschaft in das Handelsregister die Rechte eines Aktionärs als Mitglied der Aktiengesellschaft.
