Batterielade- und Netzgerät

ANWENDUNG

Die Batterielade- und Netzgeräte der Baureihe BGL sind als IU-W - Ladegeräte nach DIN 41773 und als stabilisierte Netzgeräte einzusetzen. Im Ladebetrieb können die Geräte sowohl für Blei - als auch für Ni/Cd – Batterien verwendet werden. Es kann die Grundlast der parallel zur Batterie angeschlossenen Verbraucher gedeckt werden, wobei der bis zum Gerätenennstrom verbleibende Strom der Ladung oder Erhaltungsladung der Batterie dient.

AUFBAU

Die Geräte werden als Kompaktmodule ( Schutzart IP 00 ) für den Aufbau auf Montageplattegeliefert. Sie sind mit Netztransformator, Thyristorsteuerung, Glättungseinrichtungen und Regelteil ausgerüstet.

Weitere Vorteile sind die beliebige Einbaulage, die günstigen Einbaumaße und die geringen Wärmeverluste. Die Poten¬tiometer erlauben eine leichte Anpassung an die verschiedenen elektrischen Anforderungen. Durch die Konstantstrom¬regelung ist der Ausgang kurzschlußfest, es erfolgt eine automatische Wiedereinschaltung nach Kurzschluß und Über¬temperatur. Die Leistungsbegrenzung erfolgt selbsttätig.

Soft - Start nach Einschalten, dadurch Schutz nachgeschalteter elektronischer Steuerungen. Als Primärspannung sind wahlweise zwei Wechselspannungen 230 V/1-phasig oder 400 V/2-phasig möglich.

USAGE

The battery charger and power supply units in the model range BGL can be used as IU-W battery chargers in accordance with DIN 41773 and also as stabilized power supply units. When used as battery chargers, the units can be used for both lead and NiCd batteries. The base load of the consumer load connected in parallel to the battery can be supplied, and in this case the current up to the unit’s rated current is used to charge or trickle charge the battery.

ASSEMBLY

Appliances are supplied as compact units (protection class IP 00), for assembly on mounting plates. They are supplied with power transformer, thyristor controller, smoothing mechanisms and a control element.

Other advantages include unrestricted mounting options, small form factor and low heat loss. The potentiometers enable easy adjustments to be made to the various electrical requirements. A constant current regulator makes the output resistant to short circuits: power is automatically cycled after a short circuit or overheating. The units self-regulate their power output.

A soft-start after powering up protects electronic control elements downstream of the unit. Primary voltage can be chosen from two AC voltages: 1-phase 230 V or 2-phase 400 V.

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände

Erworbene und selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögenswerte werden gemäß IAS 38 („Intangible Assets") aktiviert, wenn es wahrscheinlich ist, dass mit der Nutzung des Vermögenswertes ein zukünftiger wirtschaftlicher Vorteil verbunden ist und die Kosten des Vermögenswertes zuverlässig bestimmt werden können. Sie werden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen der immateriellen Vermögenswerte, mit Ausnahme von Firmenwerten, erfolgt grundsätzlich über eine Nutzungsdauer zwischen drei und fünf Jahren.

Geschäfts- oder Firmenwerte werden einem so genannten Impairment-Test unterzogen, falls Anhaltspunkte dafür vorliegen, dass der Vermögenswert wertgemindert sein könnte. Eine Wertminderung ist in der Höhe zu erfassen, in der der Buchwert des Vermögenswertes dessen erzielbaren Betrag übersteigt. Der erzielbare Betrag ist der höhere aus dem Nettoveräußerungspreis und dem Nutzungswert.

Intangible Fixed Assets

Whether purchased or self-created, intangible assets are recognized in accordance with IAS 38 (‘Intangible Assets’), when it is likely that a future economic benefit is attributable to the usage of the asset, and when the cost of the asset can be measured reliably. They are measured at costs for acquisition or costs of production and are amortized by the straight line method according to their useful life. With the exception of company goodwill, the amortization of intangible assets is generally carried out over a useful life of between three and five years.

Business or company goodwill is subject to a so-called Impairment Test when indications exist that the asset may have depreciated. The amount of reduction in value is calculated as the amount by which the carrying amount exceeds the recoverable amount of the asset. The recoverable amount is either the net selling price or the value in use, whichever is higher.

Stetig steigende Anforderungen an die Oberflächenqualität kalt- und warmgewalzter Produkte sind der Maßstab für die Weiterentwicklung intelligenter Planheitsmess- und Planheitsregelungs-Systeme.

Zuverlässige Prozessstabilität ist dabei eine immanent wichtige Zielsetzung. Die Planheit des Bandes spiegelt die Qualität des gesamten Produktionsprozesses im Walzwerk wieder und stellt die unabdingbare Voraussetzung für hohe Walzgeschwindigkeiten dar.

Die exakte Planheitsmessung und -regelung ist somit Indikator für die angestrebte Produktqualität und Produktivität der gesamten Prozeßlinie.

Messen kommt vor Regeln

Geringste Toleranzen in der Bandführung sofort aufspüren, bevor sich diese auf die Qualität der Charge auswirken können - darauf kommt es an! Deshalb ist das Herzstück unseres neuen Planheitsmess-Systems die „Planheitsmess-Rolle". Quasi wie ein „Frühwarnsystem" erkennt sie bereits kleinste Toleranzabweichungen. Bevor sich diese negativ auswirken können, greift bereits das Regelsystem ein und sorgt für die gewünschte Planheit des Bandes.

Best possible flatness with high stability in manufacturing

Continually rising demands on the surface quality of cold and hot milled products are the standards against which the further development of intelligent systems to measure and regulate flatness is measured.

Reliable process stability is an intrinsic part of reaching this target: the quality of the rolling plant’s entire production process depends on the flatness of the belt, and this therefore acts as a prerequisite for high milling speeds.

Precise measurement and control of flatness is therefore a benchmark for the desired product quality and output of the whole production line.

Measure First, Then Adjust

The central issue is this: it’s important to note the smallest amount of slack in the belt drive as soon as possible – before this affects the quality of the load! That’s why the “Flatness Measuring Roll” is the core element of our new flatness-measuring system. Like an “early warning system”, the roll is sensitive to the smallest changes in tolerance. Then, before these changes have a negative effect, the adjustment system acts to ensure the required flatness of the belt.
