In the seven years I've been working as a professional translator I gained experience in various fields, the principal being IT and software, but I also localized user manuals for any kind of device (from printers to cameras, videocameras, telephones, switchboards, cellphones, cd and dvd players and many more), a wide range of websites, newsletters, copyright notes, disclaimers, brochures and almost anything that may require a technical translation.

I think that what makes the difference in a professional translation is that the customers who read it may have no feeling it actually is a translation and not the original text, and a good one! This is the aim of all my efforts as a professional localizer.

Credo che ciò che caratterizza una traduzione professionale sia che i clienti che la leggono non possano percepire che si tratta di una traduzione e non di un testo originale, e molto ben scritto, per di più! Questo è l'obiettivo a cui miro nel mio lavoro di traduttrice professionista.
