DUTIES OF THE CLIENT
- To fulfill and to ensure the fulfillment, by its employees, agents, outsourced services, visitor and guests, all the constant clauses of the Contract of Lease and the norms and procedures of this Manual;
- To be aware that the anticipated entrance in the leased area is not allowed. The assembly, performance and disassembly will have to be foreseen inside of the period of the contract;
- To respect the spaces granted to third parties, by the SPTURIS, for the performance of other events and/or commercial exploration as per contracts in force, allowing free access to the areas in question, of authorized individuals and their agents;
- To submit to the approval of SPTURIS, in the stated period of 30 (thirty) days prior to on-site event, the plant with detailed occupation and, in the stated period of 20 (twenty) days, set of plants in scale and digitalized, of electric, hydraulics and telecommunications of the event, including type, capacity, amount and localization;

OBRIGAÇÕES DO CLIENTE
- Cumprir e fazer cumprir, pelos seus funcionários, prepostos, seus terceirizados, visitantes e convidados, todas as cláusulas constantes do Contrato de Cessão e as normas e procedimentos deste Manual;
- Estar ciente que não é permitida a entrada antecipada na(s) área(s) locada(s). A montagem, realização e desmontagem deverão estar previstas dentro do período do contrato;
- Respeitar os espaços cedidos a terceiros, pela SPTURIS, para a realização de outros eventos e/ou exploração comercial conforme contratos em vigor, permitindo o livre acesso às áreas em questão, dos titulares credenciados e seus prepostos;
- Submeter à aprovação da SPTURIS, no prazo limite de 30 (trinta) dias que antecedem a montagem do evento, a planta de ocupação detalhada e, no prazo limite de 20 (vinte) dias, conjunto de plantas em escala e digitalizadas, de elétrica, hidráulica e telecomunicações do evento, contendo tipo, capacidade, quantidade e localização;
