I studied translation and interpreting at the College of Higher Education in Cologne for 1 year. My main languages were English and Spanish and cultural studies of the respective countries.
I then changed to the Sprachen- and Dolmetscherinstitut in Munich, were I specialised on the subject areas engineering and natural sciences. From there I graduated as a state-certified translator for the two subjects.
After that I moved to Edinburgh and started a Masters Degree in translation and technology at Heriot-Watt University.
