Innovative Educational Programs is leading the way with effective reading and math after school programs. IEP has an extensive record in providing intensive, small group supplemental instruction to children in grades K-12. IEP has been effective in raising the achievement levels of students served in all of our Math and Reading programs. Students with disabilities and students with Limited English Proficiency are a significant part of our population. IEP offers an instructional program of 60 sessions in reading/language arts and/or mathematics. Each session is 1 hour long. The services are offered after school at students’ home school.

ፈጠራ የትምህርት ፕሮግራማት
የኛ ተማሪዎች በአካዳሚክ የላቀ ውጤት ከማስመዝገብ ባሻገር በሌሎች ዘርፎችም ትምህርት ይቀስማሉ!
የፈጠራ ትምህርት ፕሮግራማት መርሃግብሩን የሚመራው ከመደበኛው የትምህርት ቤት ፕሮግራማት በሁዋላ በጥራት በሚሰጡ የማንበብና የሒሳብ ትምህርቶች ጋር ተጉዳኝ በመሆን ነው። IEP በK-12 ክፍላት ለሚገኙ ልጆች በአጭር ጊዜ በርካታ ትምህርቶችን በመስጠት እንዲሁም በጥንድ በጥንድ አጋዥ ገለጻዎችን በመስጠት በርከት ላለ ጊዜ ጥሩ ውጤትን አስመዝግቦአል። በሁሉም የሒሳብና የማንበብ ፕሮግራማችን ሲታገዙ ለነበሩ ተማሪዎቻችን ጥሩ ውጤት የማምጣት ደረጃቸውን ከፍ በማድረግ የተዋጣለት ነው። የአካል ጉዳት ያለባቸው ተማሪዎችና የእንግሊዝኛ ቁንቃ ችሎታቸው ዉሱን የሆኑ ተማሪዎች የትምህርት አገልግሎታችንን ከሚጠቀሙት ውስጥ ከፍተኛውን ቁጥር የያዙት ናቸው። IEP 60 ክፍሎች ያሉት የማንበብ ወይ የቁንቃ ጥናት እንዲሁም/ወይም የሒሳብ የትምህርት ፕሮግራም ይሰጣል። እያንዳንዱ ክፍል አንድ ሰአት ያህል ነው። አግልግሎቶቹ የሚሰጡት ከትምህርት ቤት ክፍለ ጊዜ በሁላ በተማሪዎች የቤት ውስጥ ትምህርት ቤት ነው።
