Antes de mais nada, gostaríamos de agradecer a atenção, e a forma profissional com que temos sido tratados na nossa relação comercial.
Entendemos que desta maneira ambas as empresas estarão sempre trilhando o caminho do crescimento, fundamentados pela confiança mútua.
Na busca de continuar o processo de crescimento conjunto, apresentamos em março/xx, a nossa proposta de estabelecer um novo contrato para cobrir os anos de 20xx e 20xx, para as peças hub e bed plate, assim como o heavy hub para a torre 1,5 MW. Enfatizamos que nesta proposta estamos apresentando o volume de 12 sets/semana (no item hub, a soma das duas versões totaliza 12 peças/ semana), contra o volume atual em 20xx de 9 sets/semana, isto é, um crescimento de 30%, a fim de buscar acompanhar o crescimento de demanda da torre 1,5 MW no mercado americano. Estamos fazendo investimentos a fim de poder acompanhar e atender este crescimento.
Estamos bastante incentivados pela nossa performance de entrega, assim como o aspecto qualidade.
No tema usinagem do hub, tivemos esta semana a aprovação formal da engenharia da xx para a nossa nova cadeia de fornecimento, e até junho/00 esperamos ter também aprovação do bed plate sendo usinado pela nossa empresa. Desta forma, nos sentimos totalmente seguros na operação usinagem.
Estamos neste momento finalizando a análise de volumes de produção para o budget de 20xx, e apreciaríamos uma posição oficial da XX sobre a nossa oferta de março/xx. Temos tido várias consultas para novas oportunidades de negócio, e não gostaríamos de tomar nenhuma decisão sem uma posição da XX.
Aguardamos até 12 de maio o seu retorno, para a ocupação ou não desta capacidade pelo negócio XX.

At the outset, we would like to thank for the attention and the professionalism developed in our business partnership.
This way we understand both companies will always follow a path of success, based on mutual trust.
In our search for continuous growth, in March ´xx we presented our proposal for a new contract covering 20xx and 20xx supplies for the hub and bedplate parts, as well as the heavy hub for the 1.5 MW tower. We would like to stress that in this proposal we have 12 sets/week (for the hub, the sum of both parts amounts to 12 pieces/week), against current volume of 9 sets/week in 20xx, that is, a growth of 30%, in order to meet the increasing demand of the 1.5 MW tower in the American market. We also have been applying investments so as to be aligned with this growth.
Moreover, we feel quite comfortable with our delivery performance based on our commitment as well as quality aspects.
With reference to the hub machining, we got XX Engineering official approval for our new supply chain this week and, until June ´xx, we expect to have bed plate in house machining process approved as well. Therefore, we feel totally confident of our machining operations.
We are about to finish the production volume analysis for 20xx budget and would appreciate an official reply from XX regarding our March ´xx proposal. We have received several inquiries for new business opportunities but wouldn´t like to take any decision without XX prior position.
We will await for your feedback until May 12, whether to fill in our capacity with XX business or not.
