El caso que vengo a presentar en mi estudio es el fenómeno del graffiti de Granada o más específicamente el graffiti mural. El propósito general es, por lo tanto, analizar sus dimensiones con respecto a la ciudad y su población (es decir, sus dimensiones más cotidianas, a partir de su construcción), y con la finalidad de producir un análisis del movimiento del graffiti; su dualidad artística-comercial y su impacto sobre la ciudad de Granada, dedicando mi enfoque principal a las obras de Raúl Ruiz Morales. El trabajo tiene como objetivo examinar, evaluar y proporcionar los posibles fundamentos del movimiento del graffiti granadino, jalonado por sus éxitos y fracasos como una forma de arte, como un negocio y como una herramienta social.

Finalmente quería decir que lo que intenté crear es un estudio, como el graffiti, un poco diferente, alternativo y, sobre todo, original. Según las palabras de Garí,

“un buen ensayo debe hacer pensar, pero no aburrir… …ofrecer una interpretación global de una sociedad donde todo signo es un mensaje, todo mensaje presupone un discurso, todo discurso implica una ideología y toda ideología pretender convencernos de algo frente a lo que debemos ser capaces de dialogar.”

No es tarea fácil pero no pretendo interpretar o psicoanalizar una sociedad entera sino sólo estimular un diálogo sobre un tema menospreciado.

The case that I am going to present in my study is the phenomenon of graffiti in Granada, or to be more specific, mural graffiti. The proposal will be to analyse its components (that is to say, its social components rather than its physical, artistic construction) in relation to the city and its population, with the aim of producing an analysis of the graffiti movement, its artistic and commercial duality and its impact on Granada, with the main focus on the works of Raúl Ruiz Morales. The study’s main objectives will therefore be, to examine, evaluate and propose the possible fundamental elements of the graffiti movement in Granada, marked out by its successes and failures as an art form, business enterprise and social tool.

Lastly, I would like to add that the study I tried to create was something, like graffiti, a little different, alternative and, above all, original. According to Garí,

“a good essay should make one think, but not bore… …it should offer a rounded interpretation of a society in which every symbol is a message, every message proposes a discussion, every discussion implies an ideology and every ideology tries to convince us of something that we should already be capable of discussing."

That is no easy task, however I am not pretending to interpret or psychoanalyse an entire society, I simply wish to stimulate a debate on an underrated topic.

INGRESO DE CASOS DE FACTURACIÓN

Personal del DRC realiza el ingreso de la consulta o reclamo en el Sistema de Contactos con Clientes de SAP; todo requerimiento referente a facturación que no sea posible de contestar inmediatamente será traspasado al Departamento de Facturación para que un Administrativo de Facturación realice el análisis respectivo.

El Departamento de Facturación tendrá a lo más 4 días hábiles para dar respuesta a la consulta o reclamo ingresada por el DRC. Sin embargo, si el reclamo es ingresado a través del “Libro de Sugerencias y Reclamos” determinado por las bases de licitación del MOP, se dará prioridad para responder a lo más en 1 día.

Generación de Solicitud de Ajuste

Cada consulta o reclamo tendrá un número identificatorio proveniente del DRC. El administrativo asociará este número a la Solicitud de Ajuste correspondiente, asimismo, deberá llenar todos los campos solicitados en la sección “Solicitud” de la planilla mencionada.

INVOICING CASE ENTRY

DCS personnel perform the enquiry or claim in SAP Customer Care System; every invoice related request that cannot be immediately answered should be forwarded to the Invoicing Department for analysis by an Invoicing Official.

The Invoicing Department will have up to 4 working days to respond to the enquiry or claim entered by the DCS. However, if the request is entered in the “Suggestions and Requests Book” provided, under the terms of MOP, the request will be answered within 24 hours.

Creation of an Adjustment Request

Every request or claim will be assigned an identification number by the DCS. That official must link this number to the corresponding Adjustment Request, as well as completing the appropriate fields in the “Requests” section of the aforementioned form.
