About me

As a French interpreter and translator, I analyze and understand the American and French cultures and marketplaces. Through various assignments I have further developed my skills of effective communication from one language to another, which is an essential ability for successful results in international business practices. I have worked with different companies, translating websites, press releases, notices, advertisement and various documents.

As the Translation Coordinator for Refugee & Immigration Services from 2004 to 2006, I worked with individuals from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, which enabled me to further develop my communication, linguistic and cultural expertise. I was responsible for providing translation services to a variety of nonprofit organizations and private companies through assigning interpreters to projects in 25 different languages and dialects.

As a sub-contracted Google Engineer in the field of testing, I have become familiar with Internet Ads Quality Rating and I have developed an advanced understanding of the ads evaluation process and further improved my internet research skills and key wording. I enjoyed very much working on this project, both in French and in English

A native of France, I graduated from the University of Paris XII with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Educational Sciences and I have lived in Portland, Maine, for the past seven years.
