1. LA EDUCACIÓN: UN DERECHO Y UNA OBLIGACIÓN.
La Constitución Española establece que todos los ciudadanos y ciudadanas tienen derecho a la educación. Igualmente contempla que ninguna confesión religiosa, filosófica o ideológica tiene carácter estatal y que la enseñanza básica es obligatoria y gratuita.

2.1.2 Physical Links
