Indole
This may be performed in the plate by adding indole reagents such as Kovacs reagent to the TDA well (F3, F7, F11) or performed off-line as a spot test.
Indole reagent (DMACA, Dimethyl aminocinnamaldehyde) is recommended. DMACA has a number of advantages over Kovacs reagent. The reaction is faster and more sensitive giving a more stable color reaction and there is no interference with adjacent wells upon reincubation. A positive reaction is indicated with a green-blue color. Negative reactions are yellow to pale pink. An off-line indole test should be performed on any organism that is TDA positive as the color of the TDA well makes it difficult to interpret the indole reaction in the well. If the indole reagent is added to the TDA well after 5 hours incubation, under no circumstances can that isolate be re-read at 18 hours. | Translation - Greek

Συνιστάται το αντιδραστήριο ινδόλης (DMACA, διμεθυλαμινοκινναμαλδεΰδη). Η DMACA διαθέτει διάφορα πλεονεκτήματα έναντι του αντιδραστηρίου Kovacs. Η αντίδραση είναι ταχύτερη και πιο ευαίσθητη, δίνοντας πιο σταθερή χρωματική αντίδραση και δεν υπάρχει παρεμβολή με παρακείμενες υποδοχές κατά την επανεπώαση. Σκοπός
Σκοπός των διατάξεων των άρθρων 1 έως 17 του παρόντος νόμου είναι η προστασία των θεμελιωδών δικαιωμάτων των ατόμων και ιδίως της ιδιωτικής ζωής και η θέσπιση των προϋποθέσεων για την επεξεργασία δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα και τη διασφάλιση του απορρήτου των επικοινωνιών στον τομέα των ηλεκτρονικών επικοινωνιών.
Aρθρο 2
Ορισμοί
Πέραν των ορισμών που περιλαμβάνονται στο άρθρο 2 του ν. 2472/1997 (ΦΕΚ 50 Α΄), όπως ισχύει, λαμβανομένων δε υπόψη των ορισμών του ν. 3431/2006 (ΦΕΚ 13 Α΄) νοούνται, για τους σκοπούς του νόμου αυτoύ, ως:
1. "συνδρομητής": κάθε φυσικό ή νομικό πρόσωπο που έχει συνάψει σύμβαση με φορέα παροχής διαθεσίμων στο κοινό υπηρεσιών ηλεκτρονικών επικοινωνιών για την παροχή των υπηρεσιών αυτών.

Objective
Objective of the provisions of articles 1 to 17 in this law is to protect the established rights of the persons and especially of privacy and the institution of the conditions fro processing personal data and to ensure the confidentiality of the communications in the electronic communications sector.
Article 2
Definitions
Apart of the definitions included in article 2 of l. 2472/1997 (FEK 50 Α΄), which is in force, it is taken also into account the definitions of l. 3431/2006 (FEK 13 Α΄) for the purposes of this law, which are:
1. ‘subscriber ‘: means any natural person or legal entity who or which is party to a contract with the provider of publicly available electronic communications services for the supply of such services;
