Art. 5 Consegna dei Locali - Il Conduttore si impegna a non apportare alcuna modificazione, innovazione o trasformazione ai locali visti l’importanza ed i vincoli sopra-riportati ; riconosce che i locali sono in ottimo stato di conservazione così come gli arredi (vedi l’Allegato B), e si impegna a rilasciare i locali nelle medesime condizioni. Il Conduttore non avrà facoltà di rimuovere e/o spostare gli arredi descritti nell’Allegato B.
Art. 6 Impianto Elettrico - E’ autorizzato ad effettuare se necessario la realizzazione di un impianto elettrico volante concordato con la proprietà ad uso esclusivo della mostra notificando alla Soprintendenza di Venezia tale richiesta.

Art. 4 Gemeenschappelijke delen: verboden - Het is niet toegestaan de binnenplaats en de hal op de gelijkvloerse verdieping voor om het even welk doel te gebruiken, tenzij voor wegwijzers naar de tentoonstelling die in harmonie zijn met het gebouw. Het is toegestaan aan de buitenkant van het gebouw een door de daartoe bevoegde diensten goedgekeurd bord aan te brengen.
Art. 5 Oplevering van het pand bij het begin van de huur - De Huurder verbindt zich ertoe geen enkele aanpassing, vernieuwing of wijziging aan te brengen gezien de waarde van het pand en de hierboven genoemde wetgeving. De Huurder erkent dat het pand en de meubels zich in uitstekende staat bevinden (zie Bijlage B) en verbindt zich ertoe de kamers in dezelfde staat achter te laten. De Huurder heeft niet het recht de meubels beschreven in Bijlage B te verwijderen noch te verplaatsen.
Art. 6 Elektrische installatie - Als nodig is het toegestaan een losse elektrische installatie te installeren in harmonie met het gebouw die alleen mag worden gebruikt voor de tentoonstelling en op voorwaarde dat de Soprintendenza di Venezia (dienst Monumentenzorg) daarvan op de hoogte wordt gebracht.

Vasca e doccia esterno
Avvitare i raccordi eccentrici (1) alle tubature filettate da G1/2” portandoli ad una distanza tra di loro pari all’interasse del miscelatore (mm 150). Avvitare i rosoni (2) ai raccordi eccentrici (1) come illustrato nella Fig.2 o collocarli sulle boccole di collegamento (8) nel caso degli Art. SLI022-168 come illustrato nella Fig.1, quindi fissare il rubinetto con le calotte (4) dopo aver inserito la guarnizione (3). Posizionare la guarnizione (6) nel tubo flessibile (7) ed avvitarlo al raccordo del miscelatore (5). Nel caso del rubinetto per vasca con leva in posizione aperta e deviatore in posizione di riposo si ha l’uscita dell’acqua verso la vasca. Sollevando il pomolo del deviatore (9), illustrato nella Fig.1, si ottiene l’uscita dell’acqua dalla doccia, il deviatore viene mantenuto aperto dalla pressione idrica. Qualora la pressione non fosse sufficiente, sollevare il pomolo e ruotarlo di un quarto di giro, permettendo in tal modo di avere un blocco meccanico del deviatore. Per ottenere nuovamente l’uscita dell’acqua dalla bocca, sbloccare il deviatore ruotando il pomolo di un quarto di giro. Se la pressione idrica è sufficiente a mantenere il deviatore in posizione doccia senza l’utilizzo del blocco meccanico, quando s’interrompe il flusso dell’acqua, il deviatore torna automaticamente in posizione di riposo. Nel caso dell’Art.DOM022, illustrato nella Fig.3, il deviatore ha un funzionamento che si differenzia dallo standard. Nella posizione originale si ha l’erogazione dalla bocca, mentre esercitando una trazione verso il basso sulla calotta (1) del flessibile (vedi Fig.3) si ottiene l’erogazione dalla doccia. Chiudendo il flusso d’acqua il deviatore torna automaticamente nella posizione originale.
Incasso doccia
Posizionare nel muro il gruppo miscelatore (1) collegando alla vista frontale l’acqua calda a sinistra, l’acqua fredda a destra e l’uscita doccia verso l’alto. Una volta installato, il gruppo deve sporgere dal filo muro o dalle piastrelle per almeno la metà della parte lucida. Infilare la piastra (2), posizionare il corpo della leva comando (3) e fissarla con il grano (4), quindi avvitare la leva (5) sulla parte sporgente del grano.

Opbouwmengkraan bad-douche
Schroef de ronde verbindingen (1) op de leidingen met schroefdraad ½”G en breng ze op een gelijke afstand op de as van de mengkraan (150mm). Schroef de rozetten (2) op de ronde verbindingen (1) zoals aangegeven in Fig.2 of sluit ze aan op de koppelbussen in het geval van de artikelen SLI022-168, zoals aangegeven in Fig.1. Breng daarna de dichtingsring (3) aan en maak de kraan vast met behulp van de moeren (4). Plaats de dichtingsring (6) in de flexibele verbinding (7) en schroef het vast aan de verbinding op de mengkraan (5). Als de hendel van de badkraan opengedraaid is en de omstelknop in de beginstand staat, stroomt het water uit de kraan in de badkuip. Door de omstelknop (9) zoals aangegeven in Fig.1 omhoog te trekken, stroomt het water uit de douchekop. De waterdruk zorgt ervoor dat de omstelknop omhoog blijft. Als de waterdruk niet voldoende zou zijn, trek dan de omstelknop omhoog en draai hem een kwarttoer zodat de omstelknop mechanisch wordt geblokkeerd. Draai de omstelknop opnieuw een kwarttoer om het water opnieuw door de kraan te laten stromen. Als de waterdruk voldoende is om de omstelknop omhoog te houden zonder de mechanische blokkering, zal de omstelknop automatisch opnieuw in de beginstand zakken als de waterkraan wordt dichtgedraaid.
Bij het artikel DOM022, getoond in Fig.3, werkt de omstelknop op een andere manier. In de beginstand stroomt het water uit de kraan, maar als de moer (1) van de flexibele darm naar beneden wordt getrokken (zie Fig.3), stroomt het water uit de douchekop. Als de waterkraan wordt dichtgedraaid, keert de omstelknop automatisch terug in de beginstand. |
