C’est tout neuf, c’est tout nouveau, le statut d’auto-entrepreneur doit/devait révolutionner le web en permettant à tous de pouvoir faire du business… et de pouvoir déclarer pubs, petits travaux - et, pourquoi pas, générer du vrai business.

Je n’ai pour l’instant rien de vraiment précis en tête, mais j’ai toujours plein de projets et pourquoi pas de temps en temps des trucs qui pourraient générer du cash, donc je me dis: "tiens on va tester ça… en plus l’enregistrement peut se faire en ligne, ça devrait plutôt mieux se passer."

Le site est plutôt bien fait, même si certaines fois cela manque un peu d’explications pour les non-initiés (comme les différentes formes de régimes, etc…). On peut tout faire d’un coup en scannant une pièce d’identité.

Bon, le formulaire est assez trapu, pas mal de questions, des renseignements, etc… mais rien de dramatique.

Je remplis mon (gros) formulaire comme un gentil garçon bien sage.

Je reçois un email qui me confirme que mon dossier a bien été enregistré et que je recevrai d’autres infos un peu plus tard, alors j’attends… confiant.

Mon dossier est refusé… j’envoie un email, j’essaye de les avoir au téléphone (toute une aventure, pas réussi d’ailleurs) et c’est grâce à l’aide de Dame Tartine que je trouve enfin l’explication:

Attention, l’application au 1er janvier 2009 ne concerne pas encore toutes les activitées : suite à un blocage avec la CIPAV, (caisse interprofessionnelle de prévoyance et d’assurance vieillesse) qui regroupe une très large partie des professions libérales, dont les ingénieurs-conseils et les informaticiens, beaucoup d’auto-entrepreneurs souhaitant travailler dans les nouvelles technologies ne peuvent accéder pleinement à ce régime. Faute de mieux, Novelli a promis de régler ce problème par le biais d’un amendement législatif.

Donc, si vous voulez être auto-entrepreneur dans les nouvelles technologies, deux solutions:

- attendre (et on sait pas combien de temps)

- mentir sur la nature réelle du travail

Es muy nuevo, es muy reciente, el estatus de autoempresario debe/debería revolucionar la web permitiendo que todos puedan hacer negocios…y poder declarar propagandas, trabajos pequeños y, por qué no, generar auténticos negocios.

Por el momento no tengo nada muy preciso en mente, pero siempre tengo un montón de proyectos y, por qué no, de vez en cuando, cosas que podrían generar dinero, entonces me digo : «a ver, vamos a probar esto…además la inscripción puede hacerse en línea, tendría que funcionar un poco mejor ».

El sitio web está bastante bien hecho, aunque a veces falten un poco de explicaciones para los no iniciados (como las diferentes formas de regímenes, etc….).Se puede hacer todo de una sola vez escaneando un documento de identidad.

Bueno, el formulario es bastante pesado, unas cuantas preguntas, informaciones, etc….pero nada dramático.

Completo mi (gran) formulario como un buen niño obediente.

Recibo un mensaje electrónico que me confirma que mi expediente ha sido registrado correctamente y que recibiré otras informaciones un poco más adelante, entonces espero…confiado.

Error – Actividad no reconocida
Mi expediente es rechazado…envío un mensaje electrónico, trato de contactarlos por teléfono (toda una aventura, sin éxito, por otro lado) y, gracias a un milagro, finalmente encuentro la explicación :

Atención, la aplicación para el 1° de enero 2009 todavía no concierne a todas las actividades : como consecuencia de un bloqueo con la CIPAV (caja interprofesional de previsión y seguro de vejez) que agrupa a una gran parte de las profesiones liberales, entre las cuales se encuentran los ingenieros consultores y los informáticos, muchos autoempresarios que desean trabajar en las nuevas tecnologías no pueden acceder a este régimen en su totalidad. A falta de algo mejor, Novelli prometió arreglar este problema mediante una enmienda legislativa.

Entonces, si Ud. quiere ser autoempresario en nuevas tecnologías, dos soluciones :

- esperar (y no se sabe cuánto tiempo)
- mentir sobre el verdadero tipo de trabajo

In this study, we shall situate the mandibular canal with reference to the mandibular condyles, at the heart of a triangle Mandibular Condyle-Mandibular Foramen-Mental Foramen. We believe this triangle provides an excellent means of both studying absolute lengths and relationships of lengths, that is, size and conformation. We chose the condyles in this framework because they help to clarify the relationship of the Mandibular Foramen with the base of the skull and because of the importance of the spheno-mandibular ligament and the mandibular nerve that link the mandible to the base of the skull. In fact, repositioning of the condyles in the glenoid fossae is often risky, especially against old bone. Moreover, in some cases, the cranial base is not visible. That is why we have selected the summit of the condyle, which, in its physiological position, is in intimate connection with the base of the cranium. According to Delattre and Fenart, "the mandible appears to be suspended to the labyrinths." The condyles, in their anatomic position, are very close, within several millimeters, to the internal ear and, therefore, to the Spheno- mandibular-ligament. The Mandibular Condyle can, accordingly, represent the insertion of the Spheno-mandibular-ligament. It is also located near the foramen ovale, the orifice through which the mandibular nerve passes. Finally, the work of Delachapelle, Laude and Thilloy has shown that the angle formed between the condylar-spine of spix axis and the nerve axis (foramen ovale-mandibular foramen) remains very stable despite sex and age differences. The trajectory of the Mandibular Condyle-Mandibular Foramen-Mental Foramen (MC-MF-MO) can, therefore, be considered to represent a nerve trajectory.

Se eligieron los cóndilos en esta estructura porque permiten visualizar claramente la relación del foramen mandibular con la base del cráneo, como así también por la importancia del ligamento esfenomandibular y del nervio mandibular, que unen la mandíbula a la base del cráneo. De hecho, el reposicionamiento de los cóndilos en la fosa glenoidea a menudo resulta arriesgado, particularmente sobre hueso antiguo. Además, en algunos casos no puede verse la base craneal. Es por eso que elegimos el punto más superior del cóndilo que, en su posición fisiológica, se encuentra en íntima conexión con la base del cráneo. Según Delattre y Fenart, “parece como si la mandíbula estuviera suspendida a los laberintos”. Los cóndilos, en su posición anatómica, se encuentran muy cerca, a algunos milímetros, del oído interno y, por lo tanto, del ligamento esfenomandibular. Por consiguiente, la inserción del ligamento esfenomandibular puede representarse mediante el cóndilo mandibular. También se encuentra cerca del foramen oval , que es el orificio por donde pasa el nervio mandibular. 2.3.9. Conductivité thermique

Le coefficient de conductivité thermique λ exprime la quantité de chaleur transmise pendant 1 heure a travers un matériau d’une superficie de 1 m2 et d’une épaisseur de 1 m, lorsque la différence de température entre les deux faces opposées est de 1 degré Kelvin (symbole K). 2.3.10. Inertie thermique

Outre l’isolation thermique d’un bâtiment, d’autres paramètres vont influencer le confort thermique général : le temps de refroidissement, la température de surface, l’amortissement thermique et le déphasage. L’ensemble de ces paramètres (ou effusivité) est développe dans le chapitre sur l’inertie thermique
(chapitre 6).

2.3.11. Point de rosée

Dans les conditions normales d’utilisation du Thermopierre, on n’observe pas de problème de condensation dans les murs extérieurs.

Il existe un certain nombre de formules donnant le module d’élasticité E du Thermopierre, en fonction de sa masse volumique et de sa résistance à la compression.
