XXX® is the new and improved once-daily antimuscarinic agent for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB).
With a positive balance of benefits, unsurpassed efficacy offering true and predictable dose response, excellent tolerability and demonstrated improvement in QoL, XXX® delivers on the ultimate goal of OAB treatment, patient satisfaction.
XXX® is the first antimuscarinic to have demonstrated efficacy on a patientbenefit endpoint with almost 8 out of 10 OAB patients reporting their condition improved or greatly improved [Chapple 2007, p1209]. XXX® also benefits from comparative data with Tolterodine SR, the current reference treatment for OAB, and has demonstrated improved efficacy especially with the 8 mg dose. [Chapple 2007, p1210]
XXX® has demonstrated clinical efficacy in treating all OAB symptoms, with sustained improvement in micturition frequency, urgency or incontinence seen as early as 2 weeks after treatment initiation [Khullar 2008: in press, p6]. As a prodrug and due to is Pharmacokinetic profile, XXX®, available in 4 mg and 8 mg doses, provides a dose dependant mode of action with XXX® 8 mg demonstrating better performance than XXX® 4 mg. Furthermore, XXX® has successfully met the International Continence Society (ICS) and European Medical Evaluation Agency (EMEA) [Kelleher 2008 in press, p3] challenge, demonstrating significant improvement in objective Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) measures, especially among patients who were taking the 8 mg dose [Kelleher 2008 in press, p10]. Validated disease specific or generic instruments were used to measure clinically
relevant change in prespecified domains such as the impact of incontinence along with its social and physical limitations, the effect on personal relationships and emotions, sleep/energy and coping [Kelleher 2008 in press, p3]. Improvement in HRQoL with XXX® is an integral part of patient treatment, satisfaction and future compliance.

XXX® è il primo antimuscarinico di comprovata efficacia nell’endpoint relativo agli effetti benefici per il paziente con quasi 8 soggetti su 10 affetti da VI che hanno descritto la propria condizione come migliorata o nettamente migliorata [Chapple 2007, p1209]. XXX® può anche beneficiare di dati comparativi con Tolterodina a lento rilascio, l’attuale trattamento di riferimento per la VI, in grado di dimostrare una migliore efficacia specialmente al dosaggio di 8 mg [Chapple 2007, p1210].
XXX® ha dimostrato efficacia clinica nel trattamento di tutta la sintomatologia della VI, con un costante miglioramento della frequenza urinaria, dell’urgenza o dell’incontinenza già alla 2a settimana dall’inizio della terapia [Khullar 2008: in corso di stampa, p6]. XXX® è un profarmaco che, grazie al suo profilo farmacocinetico, fornisce una modalità di azione dose-dipendente, con una maggiore efficacia nel dosaggio da 8 mg rispetto a quello da 4 mg [Khullar 2008 in corso di stampa, p7].

Sono stati utilizzati questionari validati sia generici che patologia-specifici per
misurare le variazioni clinicamente rilevanti in campi prestabiliti come l’impatto dell’incontinenza e i relativi limiti fisici e sociali, le conseguenze sui rapporti personali e sulla sfera emotiva, su sonno/energia e le strategie di coping [Kelleher 2008 in corso di stampa, p3]. Il miglioramento della HRQL apportato da XXX® costituisce parte integrante del trattamento del paziente, oltre che della sua soddisfazione e compliance futura.
Facendo fronte alle esigenze di medici e pazienti, tali caratteristiche rappresentano per YYY un’ottima opportunità per poter competere in maniera efficace con i nuovi concorrenti presenti sul mercato (vedi Modulo 3). Shipping Tips
Describe Your Shipment Fully and Accurately to Avoid Customs Delays
A common cause of delays at customs is that the goods being shipped are not described fully or accurately on the International Air Waybill and Commercial Invoice. Please describe the actual type of goods being shipped in as much detail as possible to speed up your shipment through customs.
For example, many shipments of leather goods have been held in customs by the Hong Kong Customs & Excise Department because the description of ‘leather goods’ was too vague. The authorities would require more detail and a complete description of the type of leather, such as ‘Leather Handbag - Made from cowhide.’
Giving a full, detailed and accurate description of the goods being shipped helps Customs authorities to process your shipment without any delays.

Descrizione completa ed accurata del contenuto della spedizione per evitare ritardi in dogana
Una delle principali cause dei ritardi che si verificano in sede doganale è la mancanza di una descrizione completa ed accurata del contenuto della spedizione nella Lettera di Vettura internazionale e nella Fattura Commerciale. Vi preghiamo quindi di fornire una descrizione dettagliata del tipo di merce che costituisce l’oggetto della vostra spedizione al fine di velocizzare le procedure di sdoganamento.
Molte spedizioni di articoli in pelle, ad esempio, sono state trattenute in Dogana dal Customs & Exercise Department di Hong Kong perchè la descrizione che era stata fornita, ovvero “articoli in pelle”, risultava troppo generica. Nel caso specifico, le autorità richiedevano una descrizione chiara ed esaustiva che specificasse il tipo di pelle utilizzato e cioè: “Borsa di Pelle – Fabbricata con pelle di vacca”.
Fornendo una descrizione completa, dettagliata e precisa consentirete alle autorità doganali di procedere allo sdoganamento della vostra spedizione senza ritardi.

Source text - English THIS LEASE SUPPLEMENT dated May 21, 2004, is between XXX (the "Lessor") and YYY (the "Lessee").
Lessor and Lessee have heretofore entered into a Lease Agreement dated as of February 19, 2004 (herein the "Lease Agreement" and the terms defined therein being herein
used with the same meaning), which Lease Agreement provides for the execution and delivery of a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form hereof for. the purpose of leasing a specific Aircraft under the Lease Agreement as and when delivered by Lessor to Lessee in accordance with the terms thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good and sufficient consideration, Lessor and Lessee hereby agree as follows:
(1) Lessor hereby delivers and leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby accepts and leases from Lessor, under the Lease Agreement, the following described used Boeing 777-236 aircraft and engines (hereafter, the "Delivered Equipment");
(i) Airframe: Brazilian Identification Marks PP-VRC;
Manufacturer's Serial No. 27108;
(ii) Engines: Two used General Electric Model GE90-76B engines
bearing, respectively the manufacturer's serial numbers 900-146 and 900-155; and
(iii) Records: The records and documentation relating to the
Delivered Equipment as set forth in Schedule 1 hereto.
(2) The Delivery Date of the Delivered Equipment is the date of this Lease Supplement set forth in the opening paragraph hereof.
(3) The Term for the Delivered Equipment shall commence on the Delivery Date therefor and shall end on May 24, 2008.
(4) Lessee hereby confirms its agreement to pay Lessor Rent with respect to the Delivered Equipment throughout the Term therefor in accordance with the terms of the Lease Agreement.
(5) Lessee hereby confirms its agreement to provide Lessor a completed Monthly Report on or before the 17th of each month, setting forth the Flight Hours and Cycles accumulated on the Delivered Equipment during the previous calendar month in accordance
with the terms of the Lease Agreement.
Translation - Italian LA PRESENTE NOTA INTEGRATIVA DI LEASING è stipulata in data 21/05/2004, tra XXX ("Lessor") e YYY ("Lessee").
Il Lessor e il Lessee hanno stipulato un Contratto di Leasing in data 19/02/2004 (di seguito "Contratto di Leasing" e i termini di cui al presente documento saranno utilizzati nell’accezione medesima), che ha per oggetto l’esecuzione e la consegna di una Nota integrativa di Leasing, nella forma di seguito indicata al fine di concedere in uso al Lessee uno specifico Aeromobile ai sensi del Contratto di Leasing secondo le modalità e i tempi di consegna stabiliti dal Lessor in conformità alle clausole del presente documento.
Tenuto conto pertanto delle premesse sopra illustrate e di altre considerazioni utili e valide, il Lessor e il Lessee convengono e stipulano quanto segue:
(1) il Lessor consegna e concede in uso al Lessee l'aeromobile e i motori usati del Boeing 777-236 nel seguito descritti e il Lessee accetta di utilizzare quanto cedutogli dal Lessor, ai sensi del presente Contratto di Leasing (di seguito: "Equipaggiamento Consegnato");
(i) La Cellula: Identificativo dei mezzi registrati in Brasile PP-VRC e Numero di serie del fabbricante 27108;
(ii) I Motori: Due motori usati General Electric Modello GE90-76B recanti rispettivamente i Numeri di serie del fabbricante 900-146 e 900-155; e
(iii) Le Registrazioni: Le registrazioni e la documentazione relative all’Equipaggiamento Consegnato come stabilito nella Tabella 1 di seguito riportata.
(2) La Data di consegna dell’Equipaggiamento Consegnato è la data di cui alla presente Nota integrativa di Leasing come stabilito nel paragrafo introduttivo di cui sopra.
(3) La Validità dell’Equipaggiamento Consegnato decorrerà dalla Data di consegna suddetta e avrà scadenza il 24/05/2008.
(4) Con la presente il Lessee si impegna a corrispondere un Canone periodico al Lessor per l’Equipaggiamento Consegnato per tutta la durata del Contratto di Leasing in ottemperanza alle condizioni contenute in detto Contratto.
(5) Con la presente il Lessee si impegna a fornire al Lessor una Relazione Mensile in data o entro il 17 di ogni mese, indicante le Ore di Volo e i Cicli raggiunti con l’Equipaggiamento Consegnato durante il mese di calendario precedente in conformità ai termini del Contratto di Leasing.
