About me

Native UK English speaker specialising in sociolinguistics/sociology of language. I also translate a wide range of general and more specialised texts including cultural brochures, sporting articles, corporate newsletters, academic articles, certificates, general terms and conditions, contracts and other business documents.

Qualifications:

BA Dutch and French - University College London,
MA (with distinction) Sociolinguistics - Queen Mary, University of London,
PhD Sociolinguistics - Queen Mary, University of London, degree awarded August 2007.

I have also spent periods of study and research at the universities of Antwerp, Avignon and Pretoria.
