It all began with the collision of ideas and share of passion, then, there came STCS.

Initiated in the form of a freelance team, the idea became solid later and Sincere Translation and Consulting Services Co. Ltd. was then founded in Hong Kong. Different from most of its kind, which often say they

* support hundreds of thousands of languages
* work 24/7
* offer competitively low rate

but hardly see "service" as the top priority. STCS, however, believes that it is our mission to serve clients by well handling their inquiries and solving their problems.

Now, we don't

* see ourselves as only a translation/consulting company
* say how many languages we support
* claim how large our team is
* suggest we work 24/7
* AND we don't go into the commodity zone

BUT

* run as a service company that happens to do translation/consulting
* satisfy concretely our clients
* focus on quality instead of quantity - offer good candidates, not many candidates
* work with a quick-and-simple process for communication and interaction
* think as the clients, care what our colleagues care about
* refuse entering commodity zone, but offer reasonable prices
