Úhrada za poskytování vzájemných služeb spojených s umístěním informačního kiosku a s prezentací hotelů uvedených v článku 1.3. na tomto informačním kiosku a na webových stránkách zhotovitele je sjednána dohodou, a to takto: 1.1. objednatel je povinen uhradit zhotoviteli jednorázový poplatek za internetové služby (za zpracování prezentace hotelových zařízení dle článku 1.3. a za umístění této prezentace na webových stránkách zhotovitele) a za prezentaci hotelových zařízení dle článku 1.3. prostřednictvím informačního kiosku ve výši celkem x xxx,- Kč; 1.2. zhotovitel je naopak povinen uhradit objednateli jednorázový poplatek za možnost umístění svého informačního kiosku na hotelu ve výši x xxx,- Kč; zhotovitel se dále zavazuje hradit objednateli částku ve výši x% ze zisku z inzerce uveřejněné na informačním kiosku umístěném v hotelu dle článku 1.1. této Smlouvy. 2.
