3. Svetovalne in finančne storitve v zvezi z izdajo, prodajo, nakupom ali prenosom vrednostnih papirjev, kar med ostalim vključuje:
o pripravo načrta aktivnosti potrebnih za uveljavitev Strateških usmeritev in pomoč pri njih izvedbi
o svetovanje pri načrtovanju in izvedbi postopka prodaje lastniškega deleža podjetja v skladu s Strateškimi usmeritvami in pri pogajanjih s potencialnimi kupci lastniškega deleža podjetja.
o pripravo razpisne dokumentacije za mednarodni razpis za zbiranje ponudb potencialnih kupcev lastniškega deleža podjetja ter vse spremljajoče dokumentacije (informacijski memorandum, …),
o oceno pridobljenih ponudb za nakup potencialnih kupcev lastniškega deleža podjetja in podaja mnenja o ustreznosti ponudbe oz. potencialnega kupca glede na razpisane pogoje,
o predlog alternativnih modelov ter analiza prednosti in slabosti alternativnih modelov za odprodajo lastniškega deleža podjetja,
o izvedba ustrezne finančne transakcije kot sklepnega dejanja v procesu odprodaje lastniškega deleža podjetja,
o ostalo v zvezi s prodajo lastniškega deleža podjetja,
vse v skladu: (i) z veljavnimi predpisi Republike Slovenije, (ii) s Strateškimi usmeritvami, (iii) s pogoji, ki jih bo določila Vlada RS, (iv) z navodili naročnika in (v) z navodili Komisije za vodenje in nadzor postopka prodaje kapitalske naložbe podjetja.
Vsi postopki izvajalca v okviru izvajanja javnega naročila po tej pogodbi morajo biti pregledni in preverljivi.

3. Consulting and financial services concerning the issuing, selling, buying or transacting of securities, which include, inter alia:
o the preparation of a plan of activities, which is needed for the enforcement of the Strategic directions and to help implementing them,
o advising in the planning and implementation in accordance with the Strategic directions and negotiations with potential buyers of the ownership share of the Company,
o the preparation of tender documentation for international invitation to tender for potential buyers of the ownership share of the Company, as well as the supporting documents (information memorandum, etc.),
o the evaluation of acquired tenders of potential buyers of the ownership share of the Company, and giving the opinion on the adequacy of the tender or the potential buyer with regard to the tender specifications,
o the proposal for alternative models and the analysis of weaknesses of these models for selling the ownership share of the Company,
o the execution of the relevant financial transactions as a final act in the sale of the ownership share of the Company,
o everything else relating to the sale of the ownership share of the Company,
all in accordance with: (i) the regulations in force of the Republic of Slovenia, (ii) the Strategic directions, (iii) and the conditions imposed by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, (iv) the directives of a contracting authority and (v) the Commission’s instructions for the management and control of the sale of the equity participation of the Company.
All operator's procedures within the implementation of the public procurement under this contract should be transparent and verifiable.

England Coast to Coast
One of the "Great Walks" of the World is the coast-to-coast route that crosses England from the Irish Sea to the North Sea. We've perfected this classic walk, hiking its most spectacular stretches as we cut a swath across England's historic and literary landscape and through three magnificent national parks. We start in the impossibly romantic Lake District National Park, the sublime landscape that provided inspiration for Wordsworth and Coleridge, hike into the stone-built villages of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, then enter the purple-heather moors of North York Moors National Park, a fitting climax to a fascinating heritage hike. The good cheer of village inns and rural pubs where we relax with fellow hikers adds to the charm of this rewarding journey.

Ena od »Velikih svetovnih tur« je pot od obale do obale, ki prečka Anglijo od Irskega do Severnega morja. To klasično turo smo dovršili v izlet po spektakularnih ravnicah in pohajkovanje po angleški zgodovinski in književni pokrajini skozi tri veličastne narodne parke. Našo pot pričnemo v neverjetno romantičnem Lake District National Parku, veličastni pokrajini, ki je navdihovala Wordswortha in Coleridgea, potujemo skozi iz kamna sezidane vasice v Yorkshire Dales National Parku, nato pa zakorakamo v vijoličasto vresje barja North York Moors National Parka, ki pomeni vrhunec našega očarljivega popotovanja. Dobro vzdušje v vaških gostilnah in podeželskih krčmah, kjer si popotniki oddahnemo, nas nagradi s posebnim zadovoljstvom na tem potovanju.
