I.5. Engagement Commun
XXXXX et l’association partenaire s’engagent à la création d’un Comité de suivi. Ce Comité de suivi de l’application de la présente Convention sera crée sur une base paritaire. Il se réunira mensuellement et dès que nécessaire pour examiner l’état d’avancement du projet et communiquera un rapport de suivi aux représentants des deux parties. Le nombre de membres du Comité et sa composition seront décidés d’un commun accord par les deux parties. L’un des rôles du Comité de Suivi sera de coordonner étroitement les actions entreprises par les deux parties pour en accroître l’efficacité et en assurer la cohérence.

XXXXX and the partner association undertake to set up a Monitoring Committee. The Monitoring Committee for this Agreement will be made up of representatives of the two parties. It will meet monthly and whenever necessary to review the project progress and to deliver a progress report to representatives of the two parties. The membership and composition of the Committee will be decided by joint agreement of the two parties. One of the roles of the Monitoring Committee will be to closely coordinate the actions undertaken by the two parties in order to maximise efficiency and ensure coherence.
