I was two years old when I first started translating (please take that with a pinch of salt). We had just moved from Norway to Brazil. The only means of communication between my parents and our maid, Maria, was through me. Even though this is more of a cute anecdote than anything else, I do believe that every step along the way helps form who we are / want to be / turn out to be.
I have always had a passion for languages and enjoy my work as a Translator and Technical Writer very much. For this reason, it is even easier for me to be thorough in everything I do. I take great pride in my work and find joy in delivering satisfactory results. Having said that, I always welcome constructive criticism. I learn something new every day, and I expect that to be the case as long as I live.

I back up all my work to an external hard drive two times daily, so I never lose a significant amount of work. I have two very stable and strong computers, so I can always continue working in the rare case that I should experience a complete crash or system failure.
I check my e-mail continuously throughout the day and always have my mobile phone on in case of an emergency. Feel free to call me.
All documents are printed and proof-read.
If I am away over an extended period of time, all e-mails will be answered with an auto-reply with a notification of my absence.
Miscellaneous:
- I offer a 10% discount on the first project for all new clients.
- I never bite off more than I can chew.
- No project is too small.
- Any errors on my part are obviously corrected free of charge.
