Any enterprise invested technology renovation project in our country which complied with national industrial policy, the 40% investment of domestic equipment needed by the project may be offset from the new added income tax of the enterprise in the same year of purchasing equipment than the previous year. If the new added income tax in the same year is not sufficient to offset, the remaining investment can be continue to offset from added income tax in the same year of purchasing equipment of the next year than the previous year, but not exceed five years maximum. The enterprise undertaken national and provincial key technology project, technology plan and the key technology project which imported, digested, assimilated and innovated again, import key equipment, raw material and spare part that cannot be produced domestically, may be exempted from import duty and import VAT. |
