• Contact an authorised service technician for repair or maintenance of this unit.
• Contact the installer for installation of this unit.
• The air conditioner is not intended for use by young children or invalids without supervision.
• Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the air conditioner.
• If the power cord is to be replaced, replacement work shall be performed by authorised personnel only.
• Installation work must be performed in accordance with the national wiring standards by authorised personnel only.

RJEŠENJE
1. Usvaja se prigovor na objavljenu prijavu međunarodno registriranog žiga br. 844 827 za razred 30 MKPU, nositelja VIZYON CIKOLATA GIDA SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, 2. Organize Sanayi Bolgesi Dogu 3.Cad. No:6, GAZIANTEP, Turska.
2. Iz popisa proizvoda i usluga isključuje se u cijelosti razred 30 Međunarodne klasifikacije proizvoda i usluga za registriranje žigova.
Obrazloženje
Svjetska organizacija za intelektualno vlasništvo objavila je dana 05. svibnja 2005. u službenom glasilu ¨Gazette OMPI des marques internationales ” br.13/2005, međunarodnu registraciju žiga br.844 827 nositelja VIZYON CIKOLATA GIDA SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, 2. Organize Sanayi Bolgesi Dogu 3.Cad. No:6, GAZIANTEP, Turska.
Prigovor na objavljenu prijavu međunarodno registriranog žiga, u zakonom propisanom roku, podnio je FERRERO S.p.A. iz Italije, kao osoba ovlaštena za podnošenje prigovora.
Pristojba za prigovor na objavljenu prijavu žiga uplaćena je u iznosu od 100,00 kuna u skladu s Tar. Br. 2.3. Zakona o upravnim pristojbama u području prava intelektualnog vlasništva (NN br.64/00).
Naknada troškova za postupak povodom prigovora na objavljenu prijavu žiga uplaćena je u iznosu od 500,00 kuna u skladu s Tar. br. 2,4. Uredbe o naknadama za posebne troškove i troškove za pružanje informacijskih usluga Državnog zavoda za intelektualno vlasništvo (NN br.86/00).

On May 5th, 2005, the registration of international trademark No. 844 827 registered to VIZYON CIKOLATA GIDA SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, 2. Organize Sanayi Bolgesi Dogu 3. Cad. No:6, GAZIANTEP, Turkey; was published in official gazette of World Intellectual Property Organization "Gazette OMPI des marques internationales" no. 13/2005.
The opposition to the published international trademark registration was filed, within the legal term, by FERRERO S.p.A., Italy, as a party authorized to file the opposition.
The fee for the opposition to the published international trademark registration was paid in an amount of 100,00 HRK (Croatian Kuna) pursuant to the Tariff of fees no. 2.3 as prescribed by the Law on Administrative Fees in Intellectual property rights area (Official Gazette, no. 64/00).
