1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES. If Customer does not have a sales agreement fully signed by both GE and Customer, then this Master Sale and Purchase Agreement and these Conditions of Sale shall form the complete contract for the sale and purchase of GE’s Products between Customer and GE, and which will be governed by the substantive law of the country of incorporation of the relevant GE selling entity. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods will not apply.
