4. PRICE AND TOTAL VALUE OF THE CONTRACT
4.1. Unit prices for the goods supplied under the present Contract are indicated in Addendum No.1 to the present Contract. The prices cannot be changed unilaterally. The price can be changed, if agreed by the Parties. Having received a written notification from the interested Party that it wishes to change the price, which must be forwarded at least 60 days prior to the date of alteration of the price, the other Party shall give a written reply stating its agreement or disagreement with the prospective price within 15 days. In case of changing the price the document in which the price is specified shall be changed, i.e. Addendum No. 1.

4. ЦЕНА И ОБЩАЯ СУММА КОНТРАКТА
4.1. Цены за единицу товара, поставляемого по настоящему Контракту, указаны в Приложении № 1 к настоящему Контракту. Цены не могут быть изменены в одностороннем порядке. Цена может быть изменена по соглашению Сторон. После получения письменного сообщения заинтересованной стороны о желании изменить цену, которое должно быть направлено за 60 дней до даты изменения цены, другая Cторона обязана письменно сообщить в течение 15 дней о согласии или несогласии с предполагаемой ценой. В случае изменения цены, меняется документ, в котором она указана, то есть Приложение № 1.
