Dabei laufen ManagerInnen leicht Gefahr, das Bisherige abzuwerten und sich nur auf das Neue zu konzentrieren. Ein Vorgehen, durch das sich Führungskräfte wie Mitarbeiter häufig abgewertet fühlen und in der Folge Widerstand entwickeln. Die von Katja W. und Joachim H. entworfene „Innovationsbrücke“ sorgt dafür, dass ein guter Übergang zwischen dem guten Bewährten und dem interessanten Neuen entsteht und Veränderung auf diese Weise in eine förderliche Balance gebracht wird.
Translation - English For someone, who plans changes, ideally focuses his eyes to that, what must be done in the future. In the course, managers - of both genders - easily expose themselves to the danger of discrediting the advances of the past, and only to concentrate themselves on new things. This is an approach, in which leaders and staff members frequently feel devaluated, thus developing resistance.
The Innovation Bridge, developed by Katja W. and Joachim H., ensures that a well-fashioned transition occurs between the well-proven of the past and the interesting new of the future, thus enabling an enhancing balance for changes by processing in this manner.

Source text - German Das Konsortium entwickelte im Auftrag der ABC Software, die mit XYZ eng verbunden ist und deren Rechte ausschliesslich bei der ABC liegen. Die ABC ist im Gegenzug für die Abtretung der CDE 06 Rechte bereit, dem Konsortium die vollen Rechte an XYZ (Entwicklungsstand Ende 2006) zu gewähren. Die unter 2.1 aufgezählten Rechte werden hievon nicht tangiert. Entwicklungen ab 1. Januar 2007 werden von dieser Regelung nicht betroffen (d.h. das Konsortium erhält diesbezüglich keine Rechte). Allfällige Berechtigungen müssen neu verhandelt werden.
Translation - English The Consortium shall develop the ABC software, which is closely related to XYZ and whose rights are solely possessed by ABC, as followed up in contracts. On the other hand, ABC agrees to cede CDE 06 rights, and to grant the full rights of XYZ (as of the year end 2006) to the Consortium. This shall not affect the rights listed under Chapter 2.1. Developments as of shall not be affected by this condition (meaning the Consortium does not receive any rights in this respect). Possible authorizations must be re-negotiated.
