Ce guide : Il présente le déroulement détaillé de votre animation et comprend la reproduction des visuels d’animation et leurs commentaires.
Le DVD : Inséré dans ce guide, il comprend les visuels d’animation ainsi que les vidéos de xxx et de xxx.
Les fiches « Notre rêve » : Trame de réflexion pour les participants (à photocopier en autant d’exemplaires que de participants).
Les matrices « Notre rêve » et « Nos engagements » :
Elles permettent de saisir la sélection des idées issues du travail de réflexion des participants afin de la remonter à la RRH DO ou à la DRH.
Deux paquets de post-it (de couleurs différentes) : Pour animer l’étape 4 relative au plan d’action.
Deux affiches « Nos engagements » : Elles permettent d’inscrire les engagements pris par les participants.
Ces deux affiches seront apposées dans les locaux à la vue de l’ensemble des participants.
Une feuille de présence : À faire remplir et signer à la fin de la réunion.
Une feuille d’évaluation : À photocopier en autant d’exemplaires que de participants présents. Elle permet de recueillir le retour des participants sur l’animation.

O foaie de prezenţa : A se completa şi semna la sfârşitul reuniunii.
Fisa de evaluare : A se fotocopia într-un numar de exemplare egal cu numarul de participanţi prezenţi. Aceasta permite colectarea feedback-ul participanţilor cu privire la animatie.
