Rights and duties of the Parties
2.1. "XXXXXX" undertakes to perform works with due diligence and supply services in full compliance with the Contract terms.
2.2. The company undertakes to pay for the works and services performed in a timely manner in compliance with Clause 3 of the Contract. If the performance of the works/services is impossible due to any circumstances beyond responsibility of any of the Parties, the Company compensates "XXXXXX" for any charges suffered by it as a result of such circumstances.
2.3. The Company undertakes to supply “XXXXXX” with all necessary information required to perform the works upon its request and in due time.
2.4. « XXXXXX » can perform works directly or, subcontract for execution of works another organization which is not a Party to the present Contract.
2.5. Upon the expiration of the present Contract validity period or upon the Contract termination, the Parties will sign Act of Work/Services Completion.

2. Diritti e doveri delle Parti
2.1. La "XXXXXX" si impegna ad eseguire i lavori con la appropriata diligenza e a fornire i servizi nel pieno rispetto dei termini del Contratto.
2.2. La società si impegna a pagare con puntualità per i lavori e i servizi eseguiti in conformità all’Articolo 3 del Contratto. Nel caso in cui l’espletamento dei lavori/servizi fosse impedito da qualsiasi circostanza non imputabile alla responsabilità delle Parti, la Società risarcirà la "XXXXXX" tutte le spese sostenute dalla stessa in seguito a tali circostanze.
2.3. La Società si impegna a fornire alla “XXXXXX”, su richiesta della stessa e a tempo debito, tutte le informazioni richieste e ritenute necessarie per l’espletamento dei lavori.
2.4. La « XXXXXX » potrà eseguire tali lavori direttamente o subappaltarne l’esecuzione ad un’altra organizzazione, che non sia una delle Parti del presente Contratto.
2.5. Alla scadenza del periodo di validità del presente Contratto o allo scioglimento dello stesso, le Parti firmeranno un Documento di Completamento Lavori/Servizi.
