A graduate chemist and engineer, I worked 6 years in the Steel and Coating industries as a QA/QC engineer before turning to translation.

Combined with my academic training, this hands-on experience of industrial practices give me the necessary knowledge to understand and translate all types of technical documents, in fields ranging from chemistry to nanotechnologies, waste management, electronics, and more.

I can adapt to your style guides and requirements, and produce accurate translations that read well in French and are targeted to a particular audience.

I hold a French and a British degree (French engineering degree from ENSCCF and Master of Science from the University of Aberdeen) and have been a member of the SFT (Société Française des Traducteurs) since 2010.
