Qualifications/Experience:
Certified in 1981 by the Brazilian Ministry of Education and Culture as Translator/Interpreter.
AutoCAD training, with 1 1/2 years' working experience.
25 years of experience in the computer/networking areas, during which period I've worked for the Brazilian Government as a programmer/system's analyst. Currently working as a Wireless and Cabled Network Designer.
3 years of Physics major degree at the University of Brasilia, as well as 1 year of a History minor degree at the same University.
As a hobby, I work as a volunteer for the Project Gutenberg (www.gutenberg.org), namely at the Distributed Proofreaders' site ( www.pgdp.net/c ). Tasks undertaken as a volunteer include proofreading projects, mainly in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Latin, among others.
