１．で切っておいたガーゼを折り曲げ、２．で作成したアンピシリン溶液に浸します。濡れたガーゼをビーカーの壁に強く押し付けて絞ってください。ーゼの濡れが多いいと咳がおきますので注意が必要です。この先端を１～２ｃｍほど折ります（ガーゼは４枚になります）。慎重に徐々に感染した患部に向かって入れていきます。鼻腔の奥に入ったら、ピンセットをすこしゆるめ、手前に引いてまたガーゼをすこしつまんで中に入れていきます。これを繰り返し目的の患部がガーゼで詰まるように入れていき、ピンセットでしばらく押し当ててください。

Fold the gauze cut to size shown in Step 1 and dip it to the ampicillin solution made in Step 2. Tightly squeeze off the fluid inside the beaker. This prevents causing coughing from excessively wet and dripping gauze. Fold down half an inch at the top of the gauze and tightly hold the four layers with tweezers. Carefully and gradually push it in towards the infected area. When it is deep inside the cavity, release your hold of the tweezers a little and pull back, then hold gauze again to further feed it inwards. Repeat the actions until the aimed for infected area is filled with gauze. Firmly press it down with tweezers for a while.

"The results of the healing methods have been scarcely believable - bordering almost on the fairy-tale, yet effective and provable. Each xx method procedure should last at least 15 to 20 minutes. When commencing a course of treatment the first procedure should be prolonged to 35 minutes. Check the duration with a watch. The curative reactionin the organism will lsat for 3 to 4 hours after each correctly pursued procedure. At least 2 to 4 procedures should be applied daily until the illness is completely cured.
When treating by the xx method remember that the more often and longer the procedure, the quicker the return to health. In very rare individual cases, when the curative reaction is very strong, the organism mnay be weakenined due to the exhaustikon of the body's appropriate building elements: protein, mineral salts and vitamins. In such cases an interval of one ofr two days may be appropriate to supplement the lack of sufficient body elements by a suitable diet. | Translation - Japanese

方式治療は少なくとも15分から20分行ないます。治療を開始すると決めたら、最初の治療は35分間、時計で測りながらおこなってください。正しく治療を施せば、対象器官への治療効果は最低3時間から4時間続きます。毎日少なくとも二～三回、症状が完治するまで治療を継続してください。
BSM方式で忘れてならないのは、治療回数が多いほど、また治療時間が長いほど早く健康回復に結びつくということです。非常に稀なケースですが、治療反応があまりに強力に出るとたんぱく質、ミネラル、ビタミンなど体内の栄養素が消耗するため、治療対象の器官組織が弱体化してしまう現象が現れる患者もいます。そのような場合は１~２日治療を休止して適切な栄養を補給する食事療法をするとよいでしょう。
