Who I am:
I am 34 years old and born in Ratingen, Germany. Since
I have always been fascinated of foreign languages and countries, I first made
an apprenticeship in a business hotel and afterwords started studying.

I have a diploma in translation of literature
(Heinrich Heine Universität Düsseldorf), where I chose French and Spanish as my
source languages. These studies provides my with a good sense for all kinds of
text and language styles. I have a lot of experience in the IT business as I have been working for one of the biggest IT Companies for over 9 years now as inhouse translator, responsible for all kind of project and training documentations, presentation slides, IT and business related communication, outsourcing project descriptions and so on.
This is part-time, in addition I am working as freelancer for my own clients.
I am very self-disciplinated, organized and reliable (actually I have to be, to manage it all)
And I love challenges and new topics.
Private:I like travelling, especially to the south of France, to Latin America and Spain
(especially Andalusia). I love all kinds of books, am a devoted cook and gardener and take care for my 2 cats.
