Eroticism has this in common with an addictive drug: that there is a coercive element to its pleasure with which part of us is in complicity, and part not. Thus ever since time began men have been trying to enjoy eroticism without being destroyed by it. Societies, religions can be defined in the way they deal with this conundrum. Polygamy, monogamy with repression, monogamy with affairs, monogamy with prostitutes, serial monogamy. Not to mention individual solutions of great ingenuity, or desperation: Victor Hugo with the door knocked through the wall of his office, to let in a girl each afternoon. Auden's flair for finding call-boys in every town. Picasso who simply refused when wife and mistress demanded he choose between them. Then there is always the hair-shirt of course. But perhaps the thing to remember when you wake up with a life full of fresh paint and tortuous complications is that eroticism wasn't invented for you, nor merely for the survival of the species perhaps, but for a divinity's entertainment. Nothing generates so many opportunities for titillation and schadenfreude as eroticism. Which is why it lies at the centre of so much narrative. How the gods thronged the balconies of heaven to see the consequences of Helen's betrayal! And your friends are watching too. Your antics have put the shine on many a late-night conversation.

On the borders between mythology and history, that wily survivor Odysseus was the first who learnt to trick the gods. And perhaps his smartest trick of all was that of lashing himself to the mast before the Sirens came in earshot. There are those of course who are happy to stand at the railings, even scan the horizon. Otherwise, choose your mast, find the ropes that suit you: sport, workaholism, celibacy with prayerbook and bell... But the kindest and toughest ropes of all are probably to be found in some suburban semi-detached with rowdy children and a woman who never allows the dust to settle for too long.

The First Notice of Sequestration received by the Client Company is an instrument of notification that is frequently used in the Turkish Execution Law in general. There is only one reason for selection of the Companies to whom such notifications are made in particular:

These are the Companies which are assumed to be possible Debtors of the Debtors concerned. A good many of these Notifications are particularly made to Banks as it is hoped that the Debtor might have an Account therein.

If the 3rd Party to whom a Notification is made does not raise an Objection within a Period of 7 Days as mentioned in the First Notice of Sequestration, the Second Notice is submitted and if this Notification is not Objected against within a Period of 7 Days as well, it is stated then that the relevant Receivable is to be collected from the Individual-Company to whom the Notification is made, the amount is to be paid in frames of the Execution File and that a Lawsuit should be commenced within 7 Days in order to prove that no Debt exists otherwise. If the said Lawsuit is not commenced as well, the Party receiving the Notice is deemed to be liable for the Receivable then and the Procedures aimed at collecting the Debt remain (Execution and Bankruptcy Code, Article 89).

JIP’nin temel çalışma prensibi; bir yakıt fırınında olduğu gibi kimyasal enerjinin ısıya dönüştürülmesi değil, ısının taşınmasıdır. Sistem üç temel bileşenden oluşur: Isının taşınmasını sağlayan Isı Pompası Ünitesi, yeraltına veya bir su kaynağına (gölet, dere, kuyu vs.) döşenmiş boru sistemi ve bina içi tesisat sistemi. Ayrıca kullanma sıcak suyu üretimi için dördüncü bileşen olarak bir şok ısıtıcı veya boyler bulunabilir. Bu sistemlerle birçok türden binaların ısıtılması ve/veya soğutulması ve sıcak su üretimi sağlanmaktadır. Basic ambient air conditioning applications such as heating, cooling or humidity control can be performed by GSHP. Also, hot tap water can be produced using GSHP in support of custom water heaters or replacing water heaters with GSHP entirely.

The basic operation principle of GSHP is not conversion of chemical energy into heat as the case would be in a fuel furnace but transmission of heat instead. The system consists of three key components: Heat Pump Unit ensuring transmission of heat, the pipe line laid underground or in a water source (pond, stream, well etc) and the indoor installation system. A shock heater or boiler can also be made available as a fourth component intended for producing hot tap water. These systems are capable of heating and/or cooling various types of buildings and allow hot water production. Isolated plastic pipes laid horizontally in a pit underground or vertically in probe holes constitute the fundamental hardware for the system. The heat collected from the earth is conducted to the building or otherwise the heat drawn from the building is conducted to the earth by making water or antifreeze solution circulate through the heat pump unit. It is also possible to obtain hot water by making use of a shock heater.

The system draws heat from the earth (or the water) by means of the underground (or underwater) pipe line while in heating mode and conveys the heat to the indoor installation system. (Ducted distribution system is used in buildings in general.) The cold air returns to the heat pump inside the building and cools the water leading to the underground pipes. The water is reheated as it flows through underground pipes and the cycle continues in this way.

A reverse cycle takes place during the cooling. The relatively cold water flowing through underground pipes draws the heat of the building and conducts it to the earth.

Kubbeleri, çınarları, minareleri, görkemli külliyeleri ile "açık hava müzesi"dir Bursa... Şehrimizin tarihi M.Ö. 7. yüzyıla kadar gider. Bölgeye Lidyalılar, sonra Persler, daha sonra da Bitinler hakim olmuştur. Antik kaynaklar bugünkü Bursa'nın kurucusunu Bitinya (Bthynia) Kralı I. Prusias (M.Ö. 232-192) olarak göstermektedir. Kartaca Kralı Hannibal, Roma İmparatorluğu ile yaptığı savaşı kaybedince, birlikleriyle beraber Bitinya Kralı I. Prusias'a sığınır. Burada zafer kazanan bir komutan gibi karşılanıp, saygı görür. Prusias, Hannibal'ın önerileriyle bir şehir kurar ve burayı başkent yapar. Bu şehre kendi adı olan Prusias'ı verir. Prusias zamanla Prusa'ya, Türklerin eline geçtikten sonra da Bursa'ya dönüşür.
Bursa Türkler bölgeye geldiklerinde Bizanslıların elindeydi. Selçuklu hükümdarı Kutalmışoğlu Süleymanşah, İznik'i 1075'te ele geçirdi. Daha sonra yapılan savaşlarla bölge bazen Bizans bazen de Türk hakimiyetinde kaldı.
Selçuklu devletinin zayıflamasından sonra Anadolu'da hakim olan beyliklerden Osmanlı Beyliğinin toprakları, Söğüt, Bilecik, Domaniç yöresiydi. Ertuğrul Bey'İn oğlu Osman Bey, çevresindeki İnegöl, Bilecik, Yenişehir gibi yerleri topraklarına kattı ve İznik'i kuşatma altına aldı. Tekfurlar, Bizan İmparatorluğunun merkezi olan İstanbul'a bağlı yarı bağımsız Bizans beyleriydi. Bursa, Orhaneli, Kestel ve Ürünlü tekfurları birleşip, İstanbul'dan gelen destekle birlikte Osmanlılarla, Gemlik-İznik arasındaki Koyunhisar'da savaşa tutuştu. Bursa is an “outdoor museum” with its domes, plane trees, minarets and splendid mosque complexes. The history of our city dates from as far as the 7th Century B.C. Lydians, Persians and Bithynians ruled the area respectively. The ancient resources indicate that the founder of today’s Bursa was Prusias I (232 – 192 A.D.), King of Bithynia. When Hannibal, King of Carthage, lost the battle against the Roman Empire, he took refuge behind Prusias I, King of Bithynia, with his troops. Bithynians welcomed Hannibal like a victor and showed respect for him. Prusias founded a city upon Hannibal’s advice and declared it the capital of Bithynia. He named the city with his own that is “Prusias”. The name “Prusias” was transformed into “Prusa” in the course of time, and eventually into “Bursa” after the city was conquered by the Turks.
Bursa was a province of The Byzantine Empire when the Turks made it to the area. Kutalmışoğlu Süleyman Şah, Seljuk Ruler, captured Iznik (Nicaea) in 1075. The control of the area shifted several times between the Byzantines and the Turks because of a series of wars fought between the sides.
The Ottoman Beylik, one of the beyliks (principalities) that dominated Anatolia following the weakening of The Seljuk State, was the sovereign of the area. The lands of The Ottoman Beylik embraced the districts of Sogut, Bilecik and Domanic. Osman Bey, Son of Ertugrul Bey, added surrounding settlements such as Inegol, Bilecik and Yenisehir to his lands and besieged Iznik. Tekfurs were semiautonomous Byzantine governors affiliated with Istanbul (Constantinople), centre of The Byzantine Empire. The tekfurs of Bursa, Orhaneli, Kestel and Urunlu united their forces and fought against the Ottomans in Koyunhisar, located between Gemlik and Iznik, added the reinforcements dispatched from Istanbul. As Osman Bey defeated the allied forces of tekfurs in the Battle of Koyunhisar, the Ottomans gradually assumed control of Bursa and its vicinity.
