Nondisclosure/Confidentiality/Exclusive Service
Employees shall be obliged to keep absolutely secret and confidential all circumstances and facts relating to HBS to the extent that these comprise relevant business figures, data or factual information, i.e. accounting and balance-sheet data, business plans, information forming the basis for calculations, marketing activities, contractual relations with other companies, joint ventures, salaries, addresses of business associates, employees, customers or suppliers, in short everything which shall become known to them while working for XXX, and they shall not disclose the same to non-authorised employees, external third parties or the competitors.
Such obligation of confidentiality shall continue to apply, even following termination of employment. At the request of XXX and in any case upon termination of employment, employees shall return to XXX all papers, documents and records relating to their work for XXX and its business relations. No copies thereof shall either be made or retained.
During the term of employment, employees may not engage either directly or indirectly in competitive activities. Any employee failing to comply with this statutory obligation pursuant to Art. 321a CO shall be liable to prosecution pursuant to Art. 162 of the Swiss Penal Code.

Les salariés s'engagent à tenir secret et confidentiel l'ensemble des circonstances et faits relatifs à XXX dans la mesure où ceux-ci comportent des résultats financiers, des données ou des informations factuelles pertinents, à savoir les données comptables et les chiffres des bilans, les programmes d'action, les informations servant de base aux calculs, les activités marketing, les relations contractuelles avec d'autres sociétés, les sociétés en participation, les appointements, les coordonnées des associés, des salariés, des clients ou des fournisseurs, en bref tous les éléments portés à leur connaissance pendant leur période d'emploi auprès de XXX, et sont tenus de ne pas divulguer ces éléments à des salariés non autorisés, à des tiers extérieurs ou à des concurrents.
Cette obligation de confidentialité continue de s'appliquer même après la cessation d'activité. European Parliament backs total moratorium but Commission dithers
10 February 2010, Strasbourg, France, MEPs today called unequivocally for no resumption of the elephant trade. But the European Commission is being ambivalent to proposals from Tanzania and Zambia to recategorise their elephant populations to allow them to sell ivory (called "downlisting" in the relevant trade jargon). Such moves stimulate poachers seeking to exploit illicit market opportunities under cover of the legal trade.
A Resolution, adopted today, stakes out the European Parliament’s position on protection of endangered species ahead of the 15th Conference of the Parties (CoP15) to the Convention on the International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Fauna (CITES). CoP15 takes place from 13-25 March 2010 in Doha. This issue is on the agenda for the new Commission’s first meeting on 17 February.

La CoP15 se tiendra à Doha du 13 au 25 mars 2010. Cette question figure à l’ordre du jour de la première réunion de la nouvelle Commission le 17 février.

Gingerole ähneln in ihrer chemischen Struktur dem Schmerzmittel Aspirin. Damit erklärt sich auch die schmerzstillende Wirkung des Ingwers. Genau wie Aspirin hemmen Gingerole die Zusammenballung von Thrombozyten. Dadurch können sie das Risiko von Blutgefäßverengungen und damit zusammenhängenden Krankheiten wie Schlaganfall, Arteriosklerose oder Thrombose mindern.
