La Dirección de la Propiedad Industrial, certifica: que, por Resolución de 27 de abril de 1979 y cumplidas las formalidades establecidas por la Ley No. 14549 de 19 de julio de 1976 y disposiciones de la Ley No. 10089 de 12 de diciembre de 1941, se ha otorgado PATENTE DE MODELO DE UTILIDAD por el término de cinco años para “MECANISMO AUTO-ELEVADOR-DESPLAZADOR LATERAL DE VEHICULOS”, limitada a la realización particular descripta y representada en los planos, memoria descriptiva y reivindicaciones adjuntos, a favor de XXX de Montevideo, Uruguay, con las reservas del derecho del caso y sin perjuicio de terceros.
El término de vigencia de esta patente es de cinco años expira el día 27 de abril de 1984, siendo prorrogable por cinco años más a solicitud de su titular.
En virtud de lo cual, la Dirección de la Propiedad Industrial, a nombre del Gobierno de la Nación, expide el presente Titulo acompañado de las descripciones y planos, que son copia fiel de los que existen depositados en esta Dirección.
Dado en Montevideo, el 31 de julio de 1979.

The Industrial Property Office, hereby certifies that, by virtue of Resolution dated April 27th, 1979, and in compliance with the formalities established by Law No. 14549 dated July 29th, 1976 and the provisions of Law No. 10089 dated December 12th, 1941 a UTILITY MODEL PATENT has been granted to XXX of Montevideo, Uruguay for a five-year term for a “VEHICLE AUTO ELEVATOR-LATERAL DISPLACER DEVICE”. Said patent is restricted to the specific invention herein described and represented in the plans, specifications and claims attached hereto, with the corresponding reservation of rights and without prejudice to third parties.
This patent shall be in force for a five-year term and expires on April 27th, 1984, extensible for another five years at the request of its holder.
By virtue whereof, the Industrial Property Office, on behalf of the National Government, does hereby issue this Patent together with the specifications and plans, which are a true copy of the originals filed with this Office.
