I am an Italian native speaker with a University degree in translation and good experience in the field of Medical, Pharmaceutical, Technical and Legal translation and Localization.
I worked as in-house translator at the Moscow office of the Italian law company Pavia e Ansaldo, as terminologist and translator at USA software company J.D. Edwards (now Oracle), as in-house translator at PeopleSoft Italia (now Oracle) and as in-house translator and reviewer in PuntoLoc S.r.l. (now Matrix).
I am currently working as freelance translator for a number of agencies and clients.
Good style, accuracy and punctuality are the first objectives in my work. A university degree in translation, a master course in medical and pharmaceutical translation and a science-oriented high-school background are a good help for technical and medical translations, but I also have also good knowledge of the Italian language, which is essential in order to write in a good style. | Keywords: translation, translations, medical, medical translations, pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical translations, medicine, msds, contracts, agreements, articles, medical articles, research studies, abstracts, abstract of invention, laboratory, instruments, laboratory instruments, medical instruments, radiology, ecg
