Каспий: Все надежды на Тегеранский саммит
В последнее время Соединенные Штаты проявляют усиленное внимание к Каспийскому региону. Так, представители США не раз делали заявления о желании помочь Азербайджану в деле укрепления границ и обеспечения безопасности на Каспии. Достигнута договоренность, что американские специалисты будут заниматься подготовкой военно-морских специалистов для Азербайджана. В ответ на проникновение в регион «заокеанский друзей» Иран принял решение о создании специальной морской полиции на Каспии. Своим видением решения «каспийской проблемы» поделился с «НГ» глава МИД Казахстана Касымжомарт Токаев.

Caspienne : Quand tous les espoirs reposent sur le Sommet de Téhéran
Ces derniers temps, les Etats-Unis manifestent une attention soutenue à l’égard de la région de la Caspienne. Ainsi, les représentants des Etats-Unis ont à plusieurs reprises fait part de leur désir d’aider l’Azerbaïdjan à consolider ses frontières et à assurer la sécurité sur la Caspienne. Un accord a été passé afin que des spécialistes américains se chargent de la formation des spécialistes militaires et maritimes de l’Azerbaïdjan. Face à cette pénétration de « l’ami d’outre-Atlantique » dans la région, l’Iran a pris la décision de créer une police maritime spéciale pour la Caspienne. Kassymjomart Tokaiev, chef du MAE du Kazakhstan, partage son point de vue sur la résolution « du problème de la Caspienne » avec la « Nezavicimaia Gazeta » («Journal Indépendant»).
