About me
Enna Calderón is the principal of Comadres, Inc. Multicultural Marketing Communications firm in Chicago. Her experience covers marketing, promotions, public relations, package design and various other communications programs for clients such as Sears, Kraft Foods, Quaker Oats, Citibank, Bank of America, Banco Popular, Harris Bank, HSCB, etc.

A trained communications specialist with an editorial and writing background, she has worked for companies such as Encyclopaedia Britannica (Latin America), SRA, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and others. Enna developed a firm grasp of diverse cultures while living in Europe, Latin America and Asia while on assignment for Bank of America, Procter & Gamble, and IBM. A native of Ecuador, she is truly trilingual and multicultural.

Heading up strategic marketing and creative teams at Comadres, she has achieved breakthrough results and solid performance for her clients creating marketing messaging across several product categories. She is masterful at building long-term trust and credibility with her clients.

Her international experience coupled with her years at the helm of Comadres have given her insights and a keen awareness about multicultural consumers. She understands communications and can take a brand and position it to be relevant and appealing for diversified audiences.

Enna holds a communications degree from La Universidad Complutense in Madrid and a marketing degree from DePaul University. She has also taught at DePaul University of Chicago.
