Payment Policy

I generally expect regular clients to pay promptly within a period of two (2) weeks upon receipt of my invoice. It should be understood that in the case of a first time engagement involving larger texts I will ask for a retainer upfront.

Translation Environment and Workflows

My everyday translation environment tool is memoQ 5, but SDL Trados 2007 Suite Freelance is kept in readiness just for a case of emergency. I also support SDLX, Déjà Vu X, Transit and any XLIFF 1.2-flavored workflows.
