By education I am a linguist specialising in Slavic Languages. In 2000 I completed my studies at the Slavic Institute, Szczecin University (grade: very good), at the same time obtaining the degree of MA in Slavic Languages and BA in Polish.
During my studies I practised teaching at Primary School No. 5 in Szczecin (subject: Polish) and at Foreign Language College / Szczecin University (subject: Russian).
During my studies at Szczecin University I was a member of Student Government Faculty Council, as well as a student representative in the University�s Slavic Institute Council.
My academic publications are mainly articles in conference materials published by Szczecin University (Conference Materials for the Academic Conference in Szczecin, 1998, and for the International Academic Conference in Szczecin, 1999).
My MA paper, "Kategoria liczby we wspolczesnym jezyku rosyjskim i polskim" (The Category of Number in Modern Russian and Polish), constituted a research on singularia tantum and pluralia tantum nouns in both the languages.
In the past I was involved in teaching jobs for the Polish community in the East (Pavlodar, Kazakhstan), together with my wife.
