Article 7 – TERMINATION
If either of the Parties should fail to perform its obligations, this contract – if the injured party should so wish – be terminated automatically eight (8) days after that party has sent an official notice to the defaulting Party and the default has not been cured; this does not affect the rights of the injured Party to sue the defaulting Party for damages.

Article 7 - RESILIATION
En cas d'inexécution de ses obligations par l'une ou l'autre des parties, le présent contrat sera, si bon semble à la partie créancière de l'obligation inexécutée, résilié de plein droit huit (8) jours après mise en demeure restée sans effet, sans préjudice de tous dommages et intérêts qui pourraient être réclamés à la partie défaillante.
