Three risk committees will be created to analyse the risk reports and address the issues presented. The first committee is the General Risk Committee, consisting of the management team and the head of the Risk Unit; its purpose is to ensure that the top management of the bank is informed about the overall risk exposure of the institution and its implications for the company’s strategy. The second committee is the Asset Liability Risk Committee, consisting of members of the management team, in particular the finance manager and the head of the Risk Unit; its purpose is to assess the bank’s exposure to liquidity risk and interest rate risk. The third committee is the Operational Risk Committee, consisting of members of the management team and members of all departments and units concerned with internal control, such as the Risk Unit, the Branch Supervision Department and the Internal Audit Department. El segundo comité es el Comité de Riesgos de Activos y Pasivos, integrado por los miembros del equipo gerencial, en particular el gerente financiero y el jefe de la Unidad de Riesgos; su objeto será evaluar la exposición del banco al riesgo de liquidez y al riesgo de tasa de interés. El tercer comité es el Comité de Riesgos Operativos, integrado por los miembros del equipo gerencial y por miembros de todos los departamentos y unidades involucrados en el control interno, tales como la Unidad de Riesgos, el Departamento de Supervisión de Agencias y el Departamento de Auditoría Interna.
