Punomocnici su ovlasceni da izvrse prenos prava koriscenja putem zakljucenja pravnog posla u moje ime u obliku kakav bude dozvoljen,/ da potpisu i overe Ugovor kod suda, kao i Predugovor/da ucestvuju u postupku utvrdjivanja poreza na prenos apsolutnih prava, kao i podnesu zahteve za dobijanje uslova za projektovanje, zahtev za odobrenje za gradnju, zahtev za dobijanje upotrebne dozvole, kao i da mogu u moje ime i prodati objekat koji se sagradi na gore navedenom zemljistu, te da mogu primiti cenu, dati saglasnost za knjizenje, te podnositi sve zahteve za legalizaciju objekta na navedenoj parceli, te ucestvovati u navedenom postupku i obavljati sve druge radnje koje budu neophodne u cilju zavrsavanja svih poslova u proceduri uvodjenja u evidenciju objekta na predmetnoj parceli na ime xxxx ili na neko trece lice za koje se nadje kao neophodno u datom trenutku.

hereby nominate and appoint as my true and lawful attorney,
for me and in my stead, xxx from xx andxxx, attorney-at-law from xxx
to appear on my behalf and undertake all necessary proceedings pertaining to the transfer of title and all the rights thereof bestowed upon me on the plot of land registered under reference no. xxx in the Cadaster Books of xxx, as resolved by the Decree of the Department for Residential and Property Rights of the Municipal Council of xxx, file no. xxx/x dated xxx.
By the same deed I hereby authorise my appointees to transfer the right of use by entering a legal deed on my behalf as set forth by law, to sign and certify the Agreement at the Law Court, as well as the Promise of Sale Agreement; to enter proceedings required to determine the tax payable for the transfer of absolute rights as well as submit application for design permit, application for development and land use permit.
I hereby authorise them to sell in my name any development built on the abovementioned plot of land, as well as accept the price, give their approval to register the same building in the Cadaster Books, as well as undertake all necessary acts in order to obtain Planning Authority permits and Title Deed ; furthermore they are authorised to conduct any activities and procedures pertinent to the said legal affairs on the aforementioned plot of land to be held by xxxx or any such third party as my appointees may deem fit.
By this act I also authorise my appointees to appoint a third party - substitute agent. Thereupon my appointees shall accept full personal responsibility and risk
in electing the said substitute agent.
