Le Preneur est titulaire du Contrat et peut par conséquent choisir le montant de la Prime à verser. La Prime unique au moment de la conclusion du Contrat ne pourra être inférieure à 250 000 euros. Le Preneur peut en outre effectuer à tout moment des versements complémentaires dont le montant ne peut être inférieur à 50 000 euros sauf acceptation préalable, spécifique et écrite de la Compagnie.
Durée du Contrat
Le Contrat prend fin exclusivement :
- en cas de rachat total ;
- en cas de Décès de l’Assuré ;

De Verzekeringsnemer is eigenaar van het Contract en kan bijgevolg beslissen over het bedrag van de te storten Premie.
