梁实秋（1903年1月－1987年11月3日），号均默，原名梁治华，字实秋，笔名子佳、秋郎，程淑等，中国著名的散文家、学者、文学批评家、翻译家，国内第一个研究莎士比亚的权威，祖籍中国浙江杭县（今余杭），出生于北京。
1915年夏，考入清华学校留美预备班（即今清华大学之前身）；
1923年8月赴美留学，专攻英语和欧美文学，受到白璧德新人文主义的影响；获哈佛大学英文系哲学博士学位。
1926年回国后，先后任教于南京东南大学（后改为中央大学、南京大学）、青岛大学（后改为国立山东大学）并任外文系主任兼图书馆馆长、北京师范大学；
1927年与徐志摩、闻一多创办新月书店。1927年到1930年间，和鲁迅展开关于文学的阶级论与人性论的论战；
1938年因“抗战无关论”受到抨击；
对日抗战时曾居四川；
1949年5月移居台湾，先后任国立编译馆馆长、台湾省立师范学院英语系主任、国立台湾师范大学文学院长、大同大学董事；
1987年11月3日病逝于中华民国台北市。
| Translation - French
Liang Shiqiu (Janvier 1903 – 3 novembre 1987), surnommé Junmo, de son vrai nom Liang Zhihua – Shiqiu est son appellation – il a pour nom de plume : Zijia, Qiulang, Chengshu, etc. Célèbre écrivain chinois, érudit, critique littéraire, traducteur, il est le premier Chinois à faire autorité pour ses études sur Shakespeare. Originaire de la province du Zhejiang (de la ville actuelle de Hangzhou), il est né à Beijing.
En 1915, il est reçu à l’examen d’entrée du Collège de Qinghua [et entre] en classe préparatoire aux études aux États-Unis (ouvrant la voie à l’actuelle Université de Qinghua).
En août 1923, il part étudier aux États-Unis où il se spécialise dans la langue anglaise et la littérature américano-européenne ; il est alors influencé par le néohumanisme d’Irving Babbitt. Il obtient un doctorat de philosophie du département de langue anglaise de l’Université de Hartford.
De retour en chine en 1926, il enseigne successivement à l’Université Dongnan de Nanjing (qui deviendra par la suite l’Université de Zhongyang, puis l’Université de Nanjing), à l’Université de Qingdao (qui deviendra l’Université nationale du Shandong), et devient le directeur du département de littérature étrangère ainsi que le directeur de la bibliothèque et le pédagogue de l’Université de Beijing.
En 1927, il ouvre la librairie « Xin yue » (Nouvelle Lune) avec Xu Zhimo et Wen Yiduo. Entre 1927 et 1930, il entame une guerre polémique avec Luxun au sujet de la théorie des classes et de la théorie de la nature humaine.
En 1938, il est très critiqué pour son écrit « La guerre de résistance ne me concerne pas » et réside au Sichuan durant cette guerre contre le Japon.
En 1949, il part s’installer à Taiwan où il est successivement directeur de la maison d’édition et de traduction nationale, responsable du département de littérature étrangère et directeur de l’institut de littérature de l’école Normale de Taiwan et directeur de l’Université de Datong.
Il décède suite à une maladie le 3 novembre 1987 à Beijing.
