I am a professional in Business, Law and Physics, under Business in understand also Economics and Finance. I was awarded an MA in Economics from the University of Essex, Colchester (in the top 5 in the UK in this field) and from the Central European University, a US accredited English language and very prestigious graduate school in Budapest. I have benefited of full scholarship and got personal greetings from Mr.George Soros himself.
Besides this I am a professional in Law, generally in Business law, especially in Contract law,Intellectual property rights and Securities. I have an MA equivalent in continental law from the European University, specialised in civil law and international law but I am equally familiar with criminal law. I am also a court interpreter in these three languages : English, Hungarian, Romanian.
I am about to finish my Ph. D studies in Economics and Law ,focusing on commercial contracts, working currently as a university lecturer, teaching International business law, Corporate Finance, Micro and Macroeconomics. I have taught so far Commercial law,Public finance, Accounting,Investments, International trade,Statistics,Business ethics also for 7 years up till now ,being a full-time university lecturer then an associate professor. This activity comprised teaching at universities in three countries , while for another 12 ,I was a high school teacher of Physics and Mathematics, in two countries.
I have also an MSc in Physics, from the Babes Bolyai University, all my three degrees were achieved on day-course basis,totalling 12 years. I am open minded,interested in many fields and foreign languages are one of my hobbies and I like to provide in- depth explanations, probably originating from my professional experience . As a translator I am rather concerned about the true meaning of the phrase in the context of the whole than of a very close matching of words (literal translation). I used to work accurately,and put considerable effort to get closer to perfection.
