2.0 SCOPE :
This specification with attached documents and referenced standards / design codes, as applicable, defines the minimum requirements which shall be met by the vendor in the design, manufacturing, supply & guarantees for operation & performance of bubble point tester.

4.0 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT :
The equipment is used to test bubble point of polymer filter element after cleaning. The system shall be designed based on the following technical data like sizes, measuring range etc.,
4.1 Vendor to confirm Bubble point testing tank & Polymer filter candle dimensions.
4.2 Air filter pressure regulator to give outlet pressure in range of 0.01-0.1barg. Analogue pressure gauge included with regulator.
4.3 Flow meter for measuring airflow rate in range 0-1 Lpm with flow regulator.
4.4 Water manometer range 0-1000 mmWC pressure drop.
4.5 Suitable tubing and connections for filter candles. As per vendor's standard design
4.6 Hardware for supporting the candles in the bubble point-testing tank.
4.7 Hardware to connect the tube to filter candles.
4.8 Process air will be available at 4.5 barg, ambient temperature, and dew point 5°C below ambient. (Design maximum: 10 barg and 65°C).
4.9 The bubble point tester shall be based on isopropyl alcohol.

Этот аппарат используется для тестирования фильтрующего элемента после его очистки. Тестирование производится пузырьковым методом. Аппарат должен быть спроектирован с учетом приведенных ниже технических данных, таких как размеры, диапазон измерений и т.д.
4.1 Поставщику следует подтвердить размеры резервуара для тестирования пузырьковым методом, а также размеры фильтровальной свечи для фильтра полимера.
4.2 Регулятор давления воздушного фильтра должен позволять варьировать давление на выходе в диапазоне 0.01-0.1 бар и.д. Аналоговый манометр должен быть включен в поставку вместе с регулятором.
4.3 Реометр для измерения расхода воздуха в диапазоне 0-1 л/мин; должен поставляться вместе с регулятором расхода.
4.4 Водяной манометр для измерения перепада давления в диапазоне 0-1000 мм водяного столба.
4.5 Надлежащие обвязка и подсоединения для фильтровальных свечей, соответствующие стандартным схемам поставщика.
4.6 Арматура для установки свечей в резервуаре аппарата для тестирования пузырьковым методом.
4.7 Арматура для подключения трубопровода к фильтровальным свечам.
4.8 Технический воздух будет подаваться под давлением 4.5 бар и.д., комнатной температуре и температуре точки росы на 5°С ниже комнатной. (Проектировочные ограничения: давление не более 10 бар и.д., и температура не выше 65°С).
4.9 В аппарате должен использоваться изопропиловый спирт.

2.2 Child Support.
a. Since the children will be residing primarily with the father, the mother waives child support. The father also waives child support from the mother until such time as she is gainfully employed, at which time, the parties agree to revisit the child support issue and to calculate child support according to the Child Support Guidelines;
b. The Father presently furnishes medical and dental insurance through his employer for the benefit of the Children. The husband shall continue to provide such insurance, or reasonably comparable insurance, for the benefit of the Children, until such time as the Children are emancipated, and shall pay 100% of the Children’s non-reimbursed medical and dental expenses.
c. In the event that the husband is no longer eligible for health benefits through his employer, or is required to pay for same, the husband and wife shall each pay half of the policy amount, if the wife is employed. In the event that wife’s employer offers medical insurance for the children at less cost than for husband’s employer, the parties shall split evenly the extra cost of said health insurance premiums for the children’s coverage. In the alternative, the parties by consent, may elect to switch the children’s coverage to the wife’s employer’s coverage.
d. The Husband shall be responsible for 100% of the Children’s tutoring, extracurricular activities, lessons (except for music lessons discussed above), and summer camp/activities.
e. Husband shall pay all private school expenses for the children should they attend private school. “Private school expenses" as used herein shall include tuition and fees, books, materials, laboratory, athletic fees, transportation between school and home, compulsory life, accident and liability insurance and fees, medical insurance premiums, and other expenses imposed by the educational institution as a requirement for attendance of the child.
f. It is contemplated that the children will attend college. The parties agree to review the issue of paying for the children’s college expenses upon the children reaching child attendance age and the law and practice in effect at that time. “College expenses" as used herein shall include tuition and fees, room and board, books, mandatory materials, laboratory, athletic fees, transportation between school and home at the opening and closing of the school year and all regular school vacation and holiday periods, compulsory life, accident and liability insurance and fees, medical insurance premiums, and other expenses imposed by the educational institution as a requirement for matriculation of the child(ren). The child(ren) shall first exhaust any and all avenues for financial aid, grants and scholarships. Both parents shall cooperate with each other for the purpose of completion of any necessary documentation for applications for financial aid and the like.
i. The support provisions contained in this Agreement are subject to review by a Court of competent jurisdiction in the event that either party becomes involuntarily unemployed and is unable to find comparable employment.

ב. האב מספק עכשיו דרך מעסיקו את הביטוח הרפואי ואת ביטוח ריפוי השיניים לילדים. האב יהמשיך לספק ביטוח זה או ביטוח דומה לילדים עד לזמן האמנסיפציה של הילדים, והוא ישלם במלואם (100%) את הוצאות הרפואיות החריגות שאינן מכוסות ע"י הביטוח הרפואי, לרבות ריפוי וטיפול שניים.

RECITALS
1. This proceeding for dissolution of marriage was commenced by personal service of the Summons and Petition upon Respondent.
2. The Respondent has not filed an Answer.
3. The parties have agreed upon a settlement of all issues in this proceeding, including but not limited to the matters of child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, division of assets and liabilities, and attorney’s fees, the terms of which are set forth in this Agreement.
4. Each party has had an opportunity to review such documentation, conduct such investigation(s), engage in discovery, and consult with counsel as he or she believes necessary or appropriate, and to carefully consider his/her financial situation before entering into this Agreement.
5. The parties believe the provisions of this Agreement are fair and equitable.
6. The parties understand that their settlement is subject to the approval of the Court. The parties have agreed that Petitioner will file this Agreement with the Court for its approval, so that the terms of the Agreement will become the Court’s Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment and Decree (“Judgment and Decree”). If the Judgment and Decree is not granted or if this Agreement is not approved by the Court, the terms of this Agreement shall have no effect. In such case, Respondent shall be advised promptly and shall be given the opportunity to appear and present evidence on all matters.
